Nutshell's user-friendly interface and straightforward navigation make it easy to track accounts, manage all of our sales processes, and combine all aspects of engaging with current and prospective customers. Covering initiatives that target prospects and customers, the workflow of this area can be achieved using an algorithm and simple criteria. This includes aspects such as metrics, social media management, customer support, email marketing, inventory and human resources management. A few things that could be better with this fantastic CRM solution are the inclusion of tutorial manuals and a basic configuration of the CRM so that users can see how to set up the program initially. Also, the customer support is really slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2) Project Management. Allows us to keep up-to-date tabs on 100+ simultaneous projects.

Nutshell is easy to use - whether it's creating a broadcast, a list, or even contacting support with a question you may have. Customer support is by far the best part about nutshell.
