Easy to use, great support team, great AI bot that can answer most questions, good outbound email / lead mgmt functionality, good reporting / dashboards. importing / exporting data is straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish we could connect 2 people via an entity that was not a company, and then put those 2 people on a lead to receive the same outbound marketing treatment. then if either of them acts, the lead is considered won. we should be able to store "components" to re-use in emails. templates are helpful, but being able to drag and drop pre-built, branded components would be even better. the "might be a duplicate" functionality is too wide open - should be more stringent so you can just mass apply it. So far, the best part of Nutshell is the integration with my preferred email client. I also like that it enables me to have all of my email interactions in the same basic place as other notes and activities that take place with my leads and clients. Its a simple bit of software to get your herad around, you get a good amount of functionaility just on the basic package if your just starting out, and the customer service is great, one time they spent an hour with me getting the system just as i wanted it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
as with everything more functionaility on the lower levels, to get the system i really want it will cost me $42 a month and for a single user in a start up thats just to much of a hit on cashflow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In 2010, we transitioned from an outdated CRM solution to Nutshell. Since then, their platform has undergone significant improvements. We particularly appreciate the seamless Google integration, which enables automatic email synchronization without the need for manual attachments. The current platform effectively addresses our requirements, and I can discern no significant drawbacks. We consistently utilize the application, and its functionality is exceptional. The Customer Support team at Nutshell have been extremely supportive in helping us to create a CRM around a complex sales pipeline that requires us to manage our customers service & maintenance needs, post sale. If our assigned specialist is unable to answer a question, they have additional resource available in the form of subject matter exerts, who have proved valuable to the implementation of the CRM.
Having Nutshell available as an app. means we are able to stay up to date with every prospect, regardless of where we are. Furthermore, the broadcast and email sequencing feaures are a big plus for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've had a great time since becoming a user of Nutshell. While it takes a bit of onboarding to learn the CRM, it's much more user-friendly than something like Salesforce, and when I need help, using their chat help feature gets me to a real person everytime! Their help desk is proactive and clear. When I've had UX suggestions, I've reached out and they've set up calls with their product development team for me to give my suggestions. The servers are sometimes glitchy and slow, so my leads don't update as quickly as I wish they would when I'm working with a big list. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I finally found a CRM worth paying for!! I have tried numerous and none of them were user friendly or easy to look at. Nutshell's interface is friendly to look at and easy to use. It's not so much a dislike, but more of oversight. I keep finding new features that are included in my plan. So, I feel Nutshell should do more with advertising their features included. I know there is a lot, so may be to difficult to list them all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The customer service we have received from Jennifer Hardy!!! She has been fantastic!! She's very helpful, understands the huge change that is currenlty happening in our sales/marketing team to help us navitage the best strategy and implementation moving forward! A platform with a lot of great benefits, especially for the highly personalized sales area. Our lead nurturing activities are now more efficient and our organization as a whole is better off with centralized customer information. It has played a key role in streamlining our processes, which has improved team collaboration and accelerated deal closure. We can all do our work from anywhere, and I can track the team's progress while seeing how others have interacted with a prospect. It's very powerful and gives me everything I need on a single, convenient screen. I have been able to easily connect to my favorite email and calendar software with this solution. Nutshell has always been intuitive to use from day one. With no formal understanding, any user can hop in pretty quickly. Our small business team is now equipped with a tool that facilitates our sales growth and keeps us on track with any of our competitors.
