Air gram can store all upcoming meetings by linking to your calendar and automatically joining such meetings beforehand. It saves the hassle of having to manually add the assistant to meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The account settings are related features that may take a while to locate as there is no obvious place in which the settings pane is stored, which may prove tedious at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Airgram primarily to record and transcribe meetings with our customers, and sometimes to record internal meetings (more strategic ones). The fact that it can record and transcribe the meeting in real-time is my favorite thing about Airgram. I like the action items, it's easy to remember what you are supposed to do after a call. They also have other useful features like tracking the agenda during a meeting and sharing a snippet of the recording (we use it to pass customer feedback to other teams). Also, I like that their plans offers flexibility for small teams. We are a team of 3 people and while evaluating tools like Otter.io, a minimum 100 seats kind of limitation was offputting for us. I really can't think of anything I dislike about Airgram. I think they are a promising tool, they are growing their product and listening to their users. Looking forward to future of our cooperation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that this tool is able to automatically join Zoom, Teams and Google Meet meetings on your behalf based on items in your calendar – and record those meetings on your behalf as well as transcribe them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The number of integrations at the present time is quite limited, but I am sure this will improve in the future. I would especially like to see the ability to connect multiple Google calendars and/or Outlook calendars. Also, the platform does not currently support Apple/iCloud or Yahoo! calendars. It just works. It connects. It stays connected. Captures everything. The features they are adding to the review process are even better. You can take notes during the meeting or review afterwards and see what Airgram decided was important. The keyword feature is great as well. Generous amount of free meetings each month as well. Some of the "speaker" detection can be spotty. AI detected agenda items aren't always 100%, but it's still impressive. I wish there was a team management option on the free plan but I understand why it's not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most:

1. Ease of setup

2. Ease of getting Airgram to join meetings (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom)

3. Providing breakdowns showing who was talking at what times, for how long

4. Transcriptions which link to video time stamps, so you can easily go over a particular point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike:

1. Airgram joins the first meeting added for a time slot, not taking into account being double-booked and joining a separate meeting. This also effects meeting notes

2. Transcription doesn't always handle accents very well and gets some words wrong. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease in adding to invite. The best part is the pop up. Even if i forgot to add during the meet with just a single click I am able to add it to the meeting to take notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The keyword analysis part of Airgram is not that great. It could be better. Especially In India when the meetings can be both in Hindi and English, the Hinglish analysis should be there as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
