I would like to see that when you add a name to a voice and get the option of adding it to all of the "same" voice, that I can perhaps go to a screen where I can quickly sample each voice that I just added it to and ensure that all of those selections are in fact the same person. IE) group the different voices, and then do a "self audit" that is a quick sample of all of them with my own ears to verify. I've had it happen where there are mistakes, which is normal, but a quick way to review would be awesome.

It's not as good as I'd like at distinguishing people, but getting better. I also know that tone can be hard and it would be nice to have improvement there.

Notta has a very simple, clean and easy-to-use interface. I was one of the early adopters and they were giving ~50 free meetings at that moment. Seemed a good deal.

Notta is only OK. The transcripts are wrong more often than they should be, so I have to spend a significant amount of time correcting them. It is also awful at detecting speaker changes and frequently assigns dialogue to the wrong person or fails to recognize a new speaker altogether. The business model. They offer an initial cost, I used it to try, and then they change the published costs. The 7-day subscription, I used it to try the application, but it did NOT transcribe the entire video when their service promise was to transcribe it completely. Now the app is unstable on iPhone, there are two long in-person sessions that I recorded, it didn't show an error, but the transcription is only a few minutes, I don't have the whole session. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1) for phone, it always have to get approval to record the meeting (not like desktop can record without approval)

Regardless of the transcription accuracy, the summary is quite accurate. Zoom's summaries are often off the mark, so this is a huge help to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
