The user interface is quite good. Once the AI is up and running in a meeting, its accuracy is higher than other alternatives I've tried. The editing functions post-transcriptions are excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our meetings have never been the same since getting Airgram. It was outstanding how it could assist the meeting minute making process. We're still trying to learn the ropes on this software, so far we've been able to put it to good use. It is indeed a meeting tool all teams would benefit from. Airgram helps me a lot in the meetings, I am an engineer so I have to take a lot of calls during the day. It allows me to save most of the time, creating meeting notes, and agendas beforehand and also during meetings, marking important discussion notes helps me to save further time. The real-time live transcript feature is my favorite thing, sometimes the words aren't correct but it do the job well. The fact it can share the snippet of the recording with time stamps and transcribes, helps me get back to the information when in need is much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There few things I dislike but it doesn't bother me much as a general user.
1. Although Airgram provides free 5 sessions per user it is a little bit low, So I have a humble request to Airgram to kindly increase the free session for the user.
2. The real-time transcribe doesn't work on some accents very well.
3. Shareable meetings can't be downloaded or maybe I didn't know how this works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to record Google Meet and Zoom calls. A single click from the web conferencing add-on tool and you are recording and transcribing. I like that you can add notes side-by-side with the real-time transcription. Also, the ability to join meetings from the Airgram app synced from your calendar is a nice touch. I want to be able to find and pull insights from multiple meetings and aggregate them together. Most of the web conferencing recording and transcribing tools don't do this. To me, this seems like it would be a valuable application of AI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that Airgram allows saving both recordings of meetings and also transcripts. It is also very helpful to cut some clips to share it with others. I like the way customer support reacts to issues and also how their Product Manager tries to get as much feedback as possible to improve the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love to have a bit better accuracy in terms of transcripts, sometimes it is unclear, so we need to listen to the recording to understand what this part was about. Also, I would introduce a "highlight" feature to mark some important parts of a text without cutting it into clips. Having those parts of the text stored would be nice as well. The transcription is not automated! It would help if you changed it before starting the meeting to get other languages. It would be nice if it could be automatic and maybe, commands that could be said in a meeting to save or highlight something for later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simple interface and the easy user experience. There isn't a tool or feature you can't understand. Everything is labeled and quick to use without much complication. Many tool tips are available and the knowledgebase is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there were more trial packages available per the free version. It seems it could be helpful to have a few meetings and when you're done with them just delete those you aren't using so you can keep the free version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was easy to link my calendar and add to all my meetings. The transcription was accurate. I could go back and edit names. Simple to export as a doc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
