We in the company were migrating the US data center to the EU one. As per the received information, the process should be easy and it was at the end. During the process of the migration, you are not able to use NordPass but it took only a few hours, so it was acceptable.
The support team informed me about every step and what I appreciate is that the support is not only replying but also adding article links with steps to proceed.

NordPass Business is more secure than any other service I have used and I haven't run into any issues with being unable to login or export passwords like I have in the past. Store personal passwords and also passwords within groups. Allows user to save password information including notes and offers an auto generated password suggestion. Customer support is generally quick to respond and very helpful. Implementation was quick and easy. Good tool to get passwords of a shard doc for safety and controls. Not super user friendly. Takes some time understanding how to create shared groups. Not as intuitive as OnePassword. Billing is frustrating. They do not allow to simply add or remove users in real time. You are required to reach out to support and wait for them to modify the account and send a new invoice. Sharing passwords is easy. You can grant specified users the ability to access the same resources as yourself. it is easy to download, install and integrate on users' equipment. i use it every day. thankfully i have had no issues where i needed to contact support or any other help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i like the sharing feature, but I wish there was a way to still hide the actually raw text password from people you share it with. for instance, i'd like to be able to share the password with a manager to access a resource, but them not be able to look at what the password actually is Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
