Nordpass has been great for our team becuase it's easy to use and we can easily share important login credentials securely within the team while also limiting access for specific users.

NordPass Business has been invaluable to our company's day-to-day functioning. It is a major improvement over our previous password manager and helps us share numerous passwords with multiple employees without compromising security. One of my favorite features is being able to separately configure the visibility settings for each recepient of a shared password. Before switching, our accout executive gave us an extensive demo and patiently answered all our questions, ensuring our peace of mind when switching. Our implementation was somewhat difficult and time-consuming, because we had nearly 500 passwords that had to be shared individually and could not configure a shared folder. Customer service gave us misleading information that led to use having to spend hours setting it up. For the most part, NordPass is running smoothly but there are periods where employees' extensions stop working and need to be troubleshooted. Limited rights function feels lacking (expected to be able to let users use login credentials and not change, but that is not the case); Plugin glitches at times and fails to save/update logins on browsers; Changes to plan are not automatic (it is not a matter of add to cart, pay, and upgrade happens- it is to email a team, they respond in a timely fashion, invoice, for us to action, then for us to fulfil- while sure, they give the upgrade right away, it's a more effective practice).
