I love that I can create safe passwords and store them safely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NordPass Business?

I use safe passwords with MFA, and SSO we do not need to change them regularly. Nord Pass does not mark this as a safe option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We appreciate your feedback regarding NordPass considering passwords that were not changed in a while unsafe. The amount of time after which the password is considered "old" can be adjusted in the Admin Panel of your organization under Password Policy. That being said, the longest period that can be selected is 180 days. Our team will consider your feedback regarding expanding the time period for passwords to be considered "old".

What do you like best about NordPass Business?

I really like the way you can easily share items with team members. Add 2fa codes and more notes and information to your passwords. We use the tool daily and all team mebers are really happy about it! Also loggin in and integrating with Google Workspace is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NordPass Business?

I dislike that some things (like adding 2fa) can only be done before moving the account to a team drive, otherwise (without clear reason) you are unable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NordPass Business?

I have seamlessly transferred all my passwords to NordPass a couple years ago and I have used NordPass extensively ever since. All my passwords are easily accessible on all my devices and when there are bugs they are usually solved the next day without me even having to contact support. When I DO need support they respond very quickly and resolve the issue usually within the same day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can't think of any right now. I did have some problems like NordPass not syncing when logging in directly but those have been fixed a while ago. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NordPass Business solving and how is that benefiting you?

We switched to NordPass after LastPass was hacked in late 2022. We needed a password manager that would allow our small team to be able to share critical infrastructure access and also to revoke that access when an employee is terminated. Nordpass does that. Also important to me was the ability to store and share Secure Notes for items that are not necessarily login credentials - things like product recovery keys. You have the option to deactivate the Business Account within your organization's Admin Panel. When the Business Account login option is disabled, only the SSO option can be used for logging in.
