We have had many issues with employees not being able to log in, passwords not loading on web pages, etc. There was also a service outage yesterday that impacted our work (we're an accounting firm in the middle of tax season) and there was no communication from NordPass about what was going on. We use NordPass for our company. All employees have NordPass on their computers and work mobile phones. Thanks to the cloud function, the respective passwords are available on every device.
We particularly like the option of sharing passwords with each other. This simplifies work, especially for management and accounting. Changes made by one person are also passed on to everyone else.

The deciding factor between different password programs for me was the ability to easily share secure access to different websites with my co-workers. We have many different sites where we share access to a single account for purchasing, and NordPass makes it easy to have a secure password that we can all share.
