The software is straightforward and user-friendly, enabling us to categorise and file passwords efficiently for better management. I needed to contact support to add more licenses, which would be easier if it could be done directly in the software. The support team was quick and helpful with license adjustments due to staff changes. NordPass was really easy to set up. Transferring passwords from my browser and personal password manager was a breeze! I have also really enjoyed working with the two customer support people I have worked with; they have been quick, responsive and very nice. I can't really think of any. The only thing that was confusing was just our timing in the beginning with the browser extension. We started right before they launched their new browser extention that didn't require the desktop app. It just meant I needed to explain how to handle that to our staff. The new extension logs out when you close the browser. The only way to skip this is to change the setting to "never log out" i hope this is soon solved because it is less save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm a former LastPass user until their latest run of multiple breaches, so we have been using Nordpass as the replacement and it does much better than other password managers. Based on their end to end encryption they use, any attempts to hack into the system should be stopped at least until someone figures out a way around their system. It is a bit clunky in the beginning since Nordpass has a Business password and a Master Password and unless you know what each one does, it is easy to confuse them and not know how to login. However, this is a minor issue and considering it is in place to enhance security, I would rather my password manager provide dual layer protection instad of making it slightly easier to login to with less security. As I mentiond in my other "like best" review, Nordpass can be a bit clunky to navigate through when first logging in due to their multiple login aproach with one login providing authentication and the next providing encryption using the new xChaCha20 protocol.
All this is great for security, but when it comes to using it, it's not as easy as some other managers. Also, while using the business account for 300 employees, there is still an issue when the IT department sends a new user an invite. The email Nordpass sends (and the customer cannot modify) is not always the same so user1 can receive an invite different from user2 based on some rules and "if then" logic Nordpass uses and the customer cannot change that. So, we are still working with the Nordpass engineers to get it fully functioning so that we can push this out to our company and ensure all users get the same email invite. This is the best tool on the market to keep your passwords, credit card information, passkeys, and more safe and secure. My business has streamlined its processes exponentially after using NordPass, as it offers a secure way to upload, save and share passwords across our organization for all of our key accounts. It is super easy to integrate into your systems, and is very easy to understand. Their support is great as well and very quick with responses. Our team uses this tool multiple times per day and saves us so much time in going to search for passwords in our previous, rudimentary ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside to using NordPass is that once a password is added and shared to users, there is no way to log that it is added into the system within a "Master List". If another user goes into the tool and searches for the password and is unable to find it, for example, then they may go and create the password, not knowing that it already exists. This creates parallel channels of passwords, so it is very important that you have someone who oversees this creation to keep your items in check. Overall, I still recommend this tool 100%. The ability to share passwords securely with other employees is a great feature to have so you don't send them through email or chat. It also stores credit cards, addresses, etc. Better to store them there then with google. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is super easy to set it up, add new passwords, and share them with your colleagues. With the browser extension, it can instantly log you into web applications.
