I love how NordPass allows us to grant company-wide access while still controlling permissions by access level.

I wish the data breach scanner automatically included all company email addresses.

Previously, retreiving confirmation codes for each address was a hassle, but it seems they’ve recently removed that step.

1. Our corporate card expired just before the renewal date, and the service was immediately interrupted on day one without any tolerance. Since all my passwords and payment information were stored in the app, I had to spend hours restoring access to my email and business profile and fetching credentials before I could make the payment. It's hard to trust this app any further.

2. The system actually requires me to memorize two passwords—one for the business admin account and another for the vault. The admin account is needed to install the vault but is used very rarely. I have a good memory, but I'm not able to remember a strong unique password that I don't use regularly. I.e. the system forces me to reuse the password or store it in an unsecured location.

3. Discussing the above-mentioned issues with support was a waste of time. They shot at me canned responses that made zero sense.

4. It is unable to store IDs and various documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The encryption, strong password generation, data breach scanning and notices, multi-device sync, secured item sharing, interface, Great pricing, there are really great features overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The browser(s) plugin and local Windows client Master Password ReAuth cycle and timing flaws... If we don't set the "Keep Extension Unlocked" feature within the business team Admin panel settings, every time a user closes a web browser where the plugin is deployed or the machine locks, the user has to ReAuth their Master Password to NordPass. This is an all-or-nothing sort of setting that is not functional for the users when it's set to be most secure but to make the system functional for users (similar to the way Dashlane, for instance, works) we have to set the 'Keep Extension unlocked' setting and a timing for when we want it to require ReAuth can be set to the lowest by the users.

There is no Admin setting that manages the Master Pass ReAuth for the Windows Nordpass client, so if you want to use it, every time your workstation locks, upon login, you have to Reauthorize the local client with the Master Pass.

These both need immediate redesign to be changed to a more workable functionality that will allow the Nordpass business team Admin the ability to set a reasonable functional but still secure Master Pass ReAuth cycle so that the program's physical security is kept in mind while balancing the user functionality.

If this isn't fixed and made more functional/secure it will be the reason we leave and pay more for Dashlane. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NordPass is critical to my success as an MSP. There is so much to keep track of, from passwords to notes about individual clients to 2FA account, all necessary and sensitive. NordPass handles it all easily. I like how it is available on the web or in the app, including on my Mac as well as my phone. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 10 is the ubiquitous pop ups in the browser. When I want them, they are wonderful. When they misdetect the context (not a lot, but it happens) and pop up when I don't want it to, it feels pretty intrusive. To add an additional license, you need to request it via email to the sales team. They respond very quickly and are very friendly; however, it would be nice to have the option to do this directly within the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it is easy to use and helped in our oganization to create and obey a strict security protocol with respect to the password management. Slacky use of password had been an issue in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NordPass Business is easy to deploy, from integrating SSO with Azure AD (Entra ID) to provisioning users and groups, you can be up and running within 15 minutes.

Being able to centrally deploy the Browser extension from GPO policies, with support for all major browsers, makes it easy to ensure that users have the software available to them when they receive their invite e-mail.

The browser extension is fast and detects more autofill opportunities than competitors, which means my users are more likely to use the software daily compared to the previous solution which they found cumbersome.

Customer Service was excellent with a response to an initial question about syncing groups being answered within minutes of sending the e-mail. They have extensive guides on getting setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment there is nothing to dislike about NordPass Business, from initial contact about a demo/pricing, running a trial, buying licenses and implementing the product there are only positives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NordPass combines top-notch security with user-friendly features. Plus, I always have access to my passwords—no more frustration of forgotten passwords! It's also super easy to manage and share passwords within my team, enhancing our overall productivity without compromising security. When I first got my work computer, I didn't have to spend hours and hours collecting passwords for the tools that we were using as my team lead just shared all the passwords I needed within seconds. Occasional lag during autofill on some websites might be frustrating. Additionally, the mobile app is less responsive compared to the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's easy to use and install. Works well on all of my devices. Having to use it daily, I sometimes face some issues but the support team always sorts everything out. I had two major issues with this product:

1. I couldn't log into my business account, as it was saying that my password was incorrect (but it was). According to support, the issue could have been the fact that I use two accounts on one device (personal and business). The issue was fixed.

2. I usually save the generated password and do not trust that the app will save it automatically. I had an issue (a couple of times) when the extension didn't save the generated password and I had to instantly reset it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
