While it does identify the issues it sometimes misrepresents the financial impact of those issues. Some of the errors are unseen by the customer and therefore have no relevant impact to the purchasing decision. It also requires and internal IT team versed on fixing third party issues that sometimes cannot be changed or controlled. There are two main things that I love about Noibu.
1) User-Focused Approach - the softwate focuses on capturing erros that impact actual users on the site which helps us as the agency to prioritse and fix based on issues that directly are causing an impact.
2) The Detail of the Errors - the detail Noibu captures in terms of occurance/frequency and the revenue loss it is causing is beyond helpful! The stacktrace it also gives the developers help us save time when it comes to resolving the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
