Their Dashboard is easy to use and I love that they are able to assign a revenue amount to issues we encounter on our site. I also felt that the onboarding experience was helpful in teaching our dev team how to use the tool. the one downside of Noibu is you get whatever you put into it. Our development team has been slow to adopt the tool. However, once we are able to incorporate Noibu fully into our process I know that will make our process more efficient and save us time, energy, and money in the long run.
