Nintex has the most comprehensive and complete professional roadmap for planning successful process automation with a strong emphasis on the first phase which is the digitalization of processes using Nintex promapp in a collaborative way.
The digitalization app process manager (promapp) is user-friendly and enables greater control and visibility of the most critical processes in the organization.
Nintex suite apps are easy of implementation because they are based on cloud enviroment allowing you to start using them rightaway, through an annual subscription, you can build intelligent flows and RPA without code in automation cloud app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Currently, Nintex does not support multiple languages and its susbcriptions are aimed to large companies with a huge volumes of critical processes, making this solution expensive or oversized for some customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nintex has completely changed the game for automating our business processes. The powerful and easy to use workflow automation feature is really strong. It has saved us countless hours from this front, and we were able to automate repetitive tasks such as data entry and approval process. Moreover, their forms and app features have helped us in developing custom forms that can be filled and sent from anywhere, which has made it simpler for us to take information from the field. Nintex is a good tool, but there are improvements. First, for smaller businesses the pricing tends to be a bit steep. Also, though the workflow automation feature is mighty, it can be whiteout frightening for new users. In fact, we have had a couple of occasions where we spent way more time trying to work out exactly how to set up a given workflow when we could have really just done it. What I like best about Skuid is how easy it makes creating custom apps without needing to know a lot of code. It feels like they really designed it with people like me in mind—someone who wants to build something powerful but without the headaches of complex coding. I can drag and drop components, customize user interfaces, and tweak workflows with just a few clicks. It’s flexible and lets me tailor everything to fit my exact needs, which is a huge plus.
The integration with other tools and platforms is also super smooth. Whether I need to pull data from Salesforce or other systems, Skuid makes it feel seamless. Overall, it empowers me to bring my ideas to life quickly and efficiently, which is why I love using it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even though Skuid is no-code/low-code, certain more complex customizations might still require some technical skills. If you’re looking for something very specific or outside the standard options, you may need a developer’s help to get it just right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of Use: Skuid’s drag-and-drop interface makes it incredibly easy to build and customize applications. This is perfect for users who may not have a deep technical background but still want to create robust solutions.
Flexibility: The platform allows for significant customization of user interfaces and workflows. This flexibility ensures that the applications can be tailored to meet specific business needs.
Integration Capabilities: Skuid integrates seamlessly with various other tools and platforms, such as Salesforce. This makes data management and workflow automation much smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Complex Customizations: While Skuid is a low-code platform, some more complex customizations may still require technical skills. Users might need a developer’s help for highly specific or advanced features.
Learning Curve: Despite its user-friendly interface, there can be a learning curve for new users to fully leverage all of Skuid’s capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nintex Process Platform provides a fully featured, flexible set of tools to create both dynamic electronic forms, for use both inside and outside your organisation, as well as fully featured workflow automation platform.
The tool and interface provides a low-code solution with a shallow learning curve for getting citizen developers and non-IT users quickly upskilled to create simple solutions. For experienced users, advanced features and functions exist allowing greater flexibility to create bespoke workflow actions; create your own connectors to external systems and APIs; apply CSS styling; and incorporate more advanced functions into forms and workflows.
As a cloud based platform, implementation and integration with existing systems is very easy: built in 'connectors' simplify the process of connecting to other services without the need to detailed API configuration knowledge. For users of Microsoft Active Directory, Federation allows SSO and access management for internal users.
Finally, Nintex Customer support both through online learning, documentaion, Admin portals and community support is excellent. When it is necessray to contact technical support, responses are usually fast and to the point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For some data transformation type tasks such as parsing CSV files and bulk data manipulation tasks Nintex Process Platform is not the best solution. Where speed of execution across multiple-thousands of data rows is concerned, there are better tools.
And from a form/app interface point of view, with ease of use and low code there is always a trade off with flexibility and degree to which interfaces can be customised. Other tools provide greater flexibility in designing forms/app-like interfaces allowing denser and more customised interfaces, but usually at the expense of ease of use or a steeper learning curve. Customer support is very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Improvements module is quite good functionally but doesn't scale well on mobile.
A the time of this review the reporting API doesn't include the risk module (although this is meant to be remedied in the next few months)
While the interface is relatively intuitive, it does look a little dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nintex has quickly become a fan favorite at our company. We utilized the application to improve the efficiency of numerous procedures and workflows. It is simple for end users, and the dashboard provides an appealing visual and data for the submitted instances. The options and possibilities are truly limitless, and it has saved time for many of our teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its endless possibilities and possibilities can sometimes be a disadvantage. Certain features can be difficult to understand, especially if you have never used them before or have not used them in a long time. There is, however, plenty of help and training available to you along the road. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Interface: Nintex Promapp offers user-friendly and intuitive interface. The drag-and-drop process mapping and editing make it accessible for even someone without technica background unlike other peers. I have hardly done a session or two with the business to make them understand the platform. Stakeholders can create and update process maps with clear steps, roles, and responsibilities. Collaboration and Feedback:
It allows for feedback and comments on process maps, making it easy for team members to suggest improvements or report issues within a process. Nintex is known for its strong customer support and training resources. We used to typically find the company responsive to our needs, providing assistance with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting.
lastly, it provides version control and user can switch back to revious versions which allows us an easy audit trail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see more advanced analytics, workflow automation features and more integration capabilities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
