NINJIO has provided an effective tool for internal cybersecurity training. Employees are engaged and the videos are short enough to find in their schedules easily to keep them current. Security may not be the most exciting training topic, but it is something that is constantly evolving and requires us to continually reinforce and educate our employees. We were asked a year or two ago to move from our IDP, Otka, to Azure. Recently on a help ticket I inquired on this and they said we could move back to Okta, but we were never informed by our account manager.
Additionally, some behind the scenes stuff keeps giving us glitches in delivery or access. More so than previous years. The last one was when only 10% of our users received their monthly video due to an email glitch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My users appreciate the short, timely trainings that are about current or recent topics and are well explained. The animated videos don't require dedicated blocks of time and can be viewed without having to clear your calendar. The voice acting is top notch, the animation is engaging, and I've had numerous follow-up questions from my users looking at how to implement what they've seen for their personal assets after some of these videos as well.

NINJIO's new admin interface could use some work. The interface is not intuitive at all and feels like functionality is missing. There have also been some hiccups after switching to their new platform. These items seem to be getting ironed out, but NINJIO needs to keep working on the admin interface for sure. In the world of training, tons of fatigue exists. Corporate training slide decks are boring and not engaging, and people have continually lower attention spans. Ninjio is a solid product that offers RELEVANT videos on security events that recently happened. They're quick, fun, and memorable. I adore using them as part of our awarenss program since it provides us an opportunity to stand out and ensure our users are aware of current risks. Customer service has also been amazing, both during onboarding and throughout our agreement. This is the second time that I've brought Ninjio on board at an enterprise, and were I ever to shift to another org, they would be on the short list of phone calls I would make. There are no downsides about the product, specifically, however you may need to do some convincing at the senior management level to bring in some cartoons. There are so many things that make this a great platform. I am a consultant implementing this for my client.
1) The support team is great to work with. They are great at their job, have attentio to detail and always work to resolve any questions
2) The content is engaging. Since we have launched the training platform, we have received overwhelming positive response. People really WANT to take the training. We have found the training videos and follow-up e-mails to be very good, as they are based on real-world incidents. Adding additional users is very easy. Creating customized and scheduled administrative reports was fairly straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the unique approach that Ninjio takes to keep training front-of-mind for my users. It keeps employees engaged by utilizing current security topics and the animated short videos arent overwhelming. We have a lot more success with employee engagement levels with Ninjio vs other products because employees enjoy watching the videos and look forward to the next month's training videos. I wish Ninjio would do a better job with customer success engagements. I had an inital onboarding and then I felt like I was dropped over to just support tickets after that. The Office 365 document is old and out of date. It also may not actually be setup the most secure as it could possibly be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As the name appears "Security Awareness". it's a great program for user awareness, in particular nowadays, that we keep hearing Cyber Threats and Hacking all over the industries.

Sometimes it's hard to find your answer, in fact when you search, you find everything but what you are looking for, and sadly when you call support, it's not easy to find a live person, and you have to create a ticket and wait to be heard, a day or two later, nor there is a chat windows to get help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
