I also appreciate the quizzes and the follow-up infographic reminders in the inbox, which work well to reinforce the information. The subject matter is extremely relevant, and the dramatizations are very relatable, which helps users understand the risk scenarios. Often I have to perform multiple clicks to accomplish what should take 1 click. Also, while they have made improvements to the dashboard for users that show the training they need to perform, it still does not show all trainings completed, along with completion dates.
