What do you like best about New/Mode?
The user interface for their V2 impact platform is very user friendly with thoughtful designs. The auto-selection of recipients based on postal/zip codes is a rare feature in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about New/Mode?
The processing fee of 12% + credit card fees wasn't advertised. I had to email them for that information.
Knowledgebase is very confusing as they have two active versions or platforms
Cannot translate campaigns on the new V2 platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
