"Reviewing Netbeans"
What do you like best about NetBeans?

to manage the Java applications, it is one of the best IDE available for Java. It is best to work with Netbeans when working on small or medium scale applications other than using Spring Boot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetBeans?

I don't like to use it when working on applications using Springboot or the apps using MVC structure. It is not easy to handle Gradle and maven applications in Netbeans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stable Open Source IDE"
What do you like best about NetBeans?

Firstly I love that NetBeans is free. This IDE is also very stable and reliable for web and even desktop development. I mainly use it for Java web development using Maven, and it has never let me down. I like how quick it is to create REST web services from the database or java classes. NetBeans also has a large community of users which is great for support related issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetBeans?

At times the IDE loses mappings of entity classes to the database, and you have to edit these files for the mappings to get picked up again. A UI-based Google App Engine deployment plugin would also be excellent instead of editing the pom.xml every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to handle your projects with NetBeans"
What do you like best about NetBeans?

The best part is it is available for mac, windows and Linux, so anyone can use its function. Easy user compatibility functions and easy project handling with advanced plugin options. It supports 28 languages, so one IDE and 28 languages, it is the advantage of this IDE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetBeans?

The most common problem I think all faces is its slow execution speed. They give lots of updates in few days, which is quite irritating, showing that NetBeans is under process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good old school software for coding in Java"
What do you like best about NetBeans?

It is a development environment that allows the use of multiple development technologies and all work great either for desktop, mobile, or web applications, you can use in different operating systems including Windows Mac OS and Linux, and has support to almost all novelties in Java language Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetBeans?

When I work with different operating systems is difficult to switch work because NetBeans creates the configuration file according to the OS and is time-consuming to change this in different systems. The larger projects can consume a lot of memory and sometimes crash when I used the IDE for long periods of time, but to be fair long periods mean several weeks. "Netbeans - Open Source IDE for developers"
What do you like best about NetBeans?

It's very efficient in writing java code and helps in building a big project on java.

It has a lot of inbuilt shortcuts to declare class, variable and functions.

It helps to write tests and execute even a single test file, which is very efficient.

Its integration with other tools like selenium, git, etc added a plus factor to this IDE. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NetBeans?

To set up the NetBeans and set the proper path in your machine is very painful for the first time.

It takes a lot of CPU RAM, so sometimes it slows down the machine

Code conversion to different languages is not supported by Netbeans. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
