What I like best about NetBeans is how efficiently we can code and manage our codes at one place. Also, we can effortlessly compile it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about NetBeans, it does not yet support Python or android codes, so that we can use one IDE for all kind of Coding! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The use of the product for free is a great feature. Also shortcuts for functions such as Getter, Setter have been very useful. Besides, the library is quite rich. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Application performance may slow down periodically. I think this is a negative property. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
in particular I like NetBeans since I am a Java and PHP programmer I have to make and revise code in these two programming languages and although I have tried other text editors with NetBeans I have everything I need for both languages this tool is very predictive the languages that I use and it is very extensible with a large amount of plugin that has to install and with all this I indicate in spite of having so many qualities it is very simple to install and all this comes out totally free you do not have to pay a license to use it commercially and no annoying advertising appears on NetBeans Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike NetBeans that as you add new plugins the performance drops noticeably slower to work and more if it is a large project with many files and lines of code it takes too long to lift the application and sometimes it even hangs and there is I have to start it again which is not so serious but that disgusts me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very efficient in code development and Java web development and very good for the creation of testing scripts for automation testing. It is good to integrate with git as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Problems in code execution time and start time when they are high complexity and too heavy. It’s very heavyweight, has a lot of plugins, and some of them we never need them. and the debugger is really slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a very helpful IDE for me as a beginner. It supports different programming languages. Netbeans has more inbuilt functions that help to write perfect code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes lagging when opening large size of files. Also, it takes a little bit of time to execute the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

NetBeans empowers smooth and quick code altering. The code manager gives integral assets, code layouts, code generators, and coding tips that empower designers to refactor code effectively. It bolsters different dialects and can without much of a stretch be stretched out by means of modules to encourage additional usefulness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
NetBeans is very slow IDE. It takes a lot of time to load and also occupies a lot of memory. so when we use NetBeans we can not able to use any other tool or software in parallel . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Netbeans is a good development IDE, has a friendly interface, is optimal, efficient and secure, is compatible with other platforms such as Javascript, HTML, MySQL, SQL Server among others. It has a fairly fast compiler and a fairly complete palette of controls Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ask for many resources at the machine level for its execution or installation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is intuitive and easy to use.. I have tried several software, but this is the best! I think it's worth recommending it to anyone! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am very satisfied. Of course, it can always be improved with new features, but it is quite a complete software.. it allows you to do everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about Netbeans is its autocomplete plugin that works brilliantly for application development in Java and PHP languages. (These are the ones I have tried, I don't know how they work in other languages). Additionally, the great ease for creating user interfaces (UI) in Java because its designer is very intuitive and offers different layers for creating forms. (It also has support for MigLayout).
And, without a doubt, the best feature of Netbeans is the management of databases; honestly, it is the IDE that best implements and manages MySQL databases, which is very useful if you have to handle your project with any language, whether it is PHP or Java.
Finally, recognize that the community plays an important role in making Netbeans so popular due to their contributions in plugins, as well as in documentation and help or support for new IDE users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I will never understand how it is possible to create such a complete IDE and overlook such an important aspect as the visual. The default interface and the chosen font, as well as the icon theme, are literally ugly and look outdated. The icons do not describe at all the action they represent.
Unfortunately, this is something very common among IDEs and I do not understand why it is so difficult to use more up-to-date graphic libraries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A Netbeans is much more than a text printer. The NetBeans Editor implements lines, matches words and pins, and exceeds the source code syntactically and semantically. In addition this preserves an accurate description of large applications, with hundreds of folders and files, and hundreds of lines of code, is a daunting task. Rapid development of the user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
what displeases Netbeans is that by its slowness when running applications is very tedious as it sometimes takes to load the software, the bad thing is that it requires an interpreter.
Some implementations and libraries may have sophisticated code. also having a bad implementation of a program in java, can result in something very slow.
Some tools have an additional cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
