What do you like best about NeoDove?

NeoDove is an excellent CRM tool that has greatly improved our operations. It’s user-friendly and offers all the features we need to manage our leads efficiently. The customer service is exceptional—whenever we have an issue, Bhavya Srivastava is always there to assist us. She is highly responsive and ensures that any problem we face is quickly resolved. What do you like best about NeoDove?

Initially I have started this software little hesitantly, but after using it for few days and the kind of support they are providing I felt I have chosen right software for my organization. Especially Poulami madam ready to take time even for smaller things and clarify us and forward our concerns to the right people and get our requirements done Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NeoDove?

Our company was using the traditional cold calling system until NeoDove was introduced to us by our tech team. All the features intergrated to one system was astonishing. It reduces time considerably with its feature of automated calling and tracking any calls and reporting is very easy. Many more featutures are available but not used it as yet. What do you dislike about NeoDove?

Limited industry reach is drawback of this software. Though it provides reachs to many industries that we focus yet it we need more industries to be included in the ir services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NeoDove?

Have been using it since a couple of years and the web portal of is pretty handson to analyze and understand the sales pipeline. It helps you have an overview of the entire sales pipline Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NeoDove?

The support service level agreements can be a little more user friendly. The auto dialer feature does. Kot work well for globally present Organizations due to local number issues. Could be great if this can be worked upon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NeoDove?

Neodove CRM is very reasonably priced for startups, backed by a strong player in the market, Vyapaar. I was very skeptical about going ahead with them as I had my doubts in terms of extra reports. The price per annum was too good to be true, hence took time to understand the app, as this is one of the most important applications for any organization that has a team for tele calling; their UI is very simple, and I hardly found any bugs in the system, and whenever I pointed it to the team who were behind the show, they quickly worked on the same based on their priorities. The backend engineers and developers are doing a great job many times; the sales team has helped me with technical queries. I was surprised with the product and process knowledge the team has, and I have earlier used CRM such as SalesForce, Zoho, Leadsquare etc., and so far find this app has the potential to grow as big as them and hoping they continue with their impeccable service. What do you like best about NeoDove?

Lead management & assignment to conversion tracking - all in 1 single funnel view. The ability to generate different conversion reports is another plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NeoDove?

Lacks lead enrichment integrations. Platform also needs to show Data Science based recommendations to optimise campaigns and Lead allocation/conversion funnels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about NeoDove?

The problem Neodove promises to solve is interesting. At least on paper, their product is very intuitive and simple to use. Though in reality - they sell false promises and features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NeoDove?

I have worked with tons of Saas startups but my experience with Neodove was the worst and nightmarish. They promised a great product over demo and accelerated us to buy them quickly. Once after we purchased - we realized the product features promised to us were no were closer to reality. Multiple to and fro emails and calls where their team SLA/ETAs to fix it were not adhered to. A strong worded to their founders seeking help moved nothing on resolution. Their telephony partner TeleCMI is also a very poor service platform. We had to go through a negative business impact because of the Neodove team's irresponsible and unprofessional behavior. I regret choosing them and I hope they don't put another customer through this experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
