I love being able to recoginize the hard work and teamwork my peers put in every day. I get a boost being able to do that. Of course I also appreciate having my efforts recognized. The app is very easy to use and install. I use this every month. You can pick different core values and behaviors as you recognize your peers. I have not needed to use Customer Service yet, but I have heard they are responsive when needed. It has become a regular part of our work processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's unfortunate that you have a time limit to get your recognition in. Sometimes it's difficult to get it done. It feels like you've let others down when you can't get it done. I would like to get more of features for recognizing the behaviors and core values or types of work done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nectar is a great platform to share wins and acknowledge the effort our team is making. Appreciation is something we felt for our coworkers, but didn't have a good way to share it in a way that gave any visibility to the larger team. Nectar answers that need! I also love the prompt near the end of the month to remind me to use my allocated points. When it comes to actually writing the feedback and giving points, that process is intuitive and very easy. The only downside of Nectar at my office is that it is in Pilot with the IT group only. I would love to be able to give my colleagues in other departments shoutouts! I hope we deploy it enterprise-wide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nectar makes it very easy to quickly recognize anyone for their efforts. I love that you can send public or private praise. Everyone loves a little recognition, but not everyone likes it in public. Our firm uses a monthly allowance which encourages everyone to be recognizing others on a regular basis. I think this has had a very positive impact on our culture of recognition. I would love for the option to cash out nectar points directly. Maybe this is an option, but my firm isn't using it. That's about it, Nectar is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that nectar is easy to use for anyone. I can use hashtags and reward my coworkers with points. I can easily look up their names and add gifs to my posts. Users can also react with emojis to posts which is a bonus. The best part is being able to redeem gift cards to my favorite places like amazon or starbucks. If i build enough points I can also reedem exclusive merchandise from my company to wear at work. There is not much downsides
to this app it is accessible and convenient for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't found any difficulties using this app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I can give my colleagues a small token of recognition that you usually don't have the opportunity to give without a set-up like Nectar. When someone goes out of their way to assist me, it is nice to give a shoutout and points as well as a thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really don't dislike anything about Nectar. I think it is an easy program to use and really nice way to reward colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nectar is a super simple way to recognize colleagues publicly (or in private) for their contributions. It's fun to scroll through the "shout outs" to see all the great ways employees are contributing across your organization. This is a nice supplement to the in-person appreciation and recognition our Firm strives to do. I also like the reminders I get each month, so recognition remains front of mind. The downside to this system would be relying too heavy on technology. As mentioned, it should be a supplement and not the only way people are being recognized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nectar has been a great tool for our organization. We have been able to eliminate administrative process that Nectar has the ability to streamline and give back valuable time to our admin staff to work on other projeects. The ease of the implementation process and tools to ue to assist with the integration have been fabulous. Our employees have really embraced the product and are waiting for their points each month to start recognizing their peers!! I highly recommend Nectar for any organization that needs a boost in employee engagement or maybe just a platform to enhance engagement! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was an admin feature to reset passwords for employees. That would be a very useful tool especially for our nightshift staff members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the team that I work with and I thank them for the things they do pretty much every day. But honestly there are some days where I really want to stop and say, "no, really, thank you, you're awesome, seriously." Being able to put Nectar points behind it gives it that little bit of extra push that says that I really mean it. It feels good to have the option to really show my appreciation with something more than words or a "hands up" emoji, something that's actually functional, that they can use. I also appreciate that it syncs with Slack so it's easy enough to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much on the negative side. Sometimes it signs me out a little more frequently than I'd like, but that's a minor gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how easy it is to use and working with employees on shoing their aprication for co-workers.
The customer support is great any time I have an issue they are so fast to help correct the issue. I love that I can set up pre set rewards ready to go with the option to upload pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Getting the managers to use this for their employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use and integrate with Microsoft Teams. As a remote employee, recognition is something that took a hit. Nectar actually allows all employees to recognize each other with something that has some type of monetary value. You get a kudos as well as some points that can be redeemed for items or even gift cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside to Nectar is that such an amazing program isnt free. That is of course no fault of Nectar. Everything about it is easy so I really dont have anything negative to say. Even after 2 years of using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
