I've used other employee-recognition platforms in the past, and I've got to say that Nectar's is by far the best. The experience is intuitive, the platform is sleek and easy-to-use, and it has all of the features that one would want and need. It makes saying thanks to colleagues meaningful & more public (we all know we want that). Plus they include some awesome gifts, points, and swag that you can gift. And lastly, it's a great way to automated reminders for birthdays, work anniversaries, and events especially since I'm such a forgetful person. I highly recommend Nectar! It does feel like my work is devalued. I'll put in hours and hours of work on a product and the reward being equal to about 50 cents can be a little invalidating. Additionally, the feed allows you to see who managers have preference for which can also be discouraging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
