I love nectar it feels like a way where you can appreciate your teammates and validate their work in a way that actually benefits them. I like that its no cost to me to give out points. If I gotta say something it could have more options for gift cards but the visa gift card itself makes up for it. I could see where at a toxic work place it might be used maliciously but for us its really great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
