What do you like best about Nectar?

I like that I can give my colleagues a small token of recognition that you usually don't have the opportunity to give without a set-up like Nectar. When someone goes out of their way to assist me, it is nice to give a shoutout and points as well as a thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

I really don't dislike anything about Nectar. I think it is an easy program to use and really nice way to reward colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar is really helping our company give employee recognition. Recognition doesn't always have to come from your supervisor, so Nectar is a great way to show employees appreciation. It also helps track how many shout-outs an employee receives and for the reasons they are receiving them. It allows supervisors to see their collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nectar?

Nectar is a super simple way to recognize colleagues publicly (or in private) for their contributions. It's fun to scroll through the "shout outs" to see all the great ways employees are contributing across your organization. This is a nice supplement to the in-person appreciation and recognition our Firm strives to do. I also like the reminders I get each month, so recognition remains front of mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

The downside to this system would be relying too heavy on technology. As mentioned, it should be a supplement and not the only way people are being recognized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our prior spot bonus program was an inefficent and manual process for our operations team. This streamlines many of the steps and gives more power to the employee population to recognize their colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nectar?

Nectar has been a great tool for our organization. We have been able to eliminate administrative process that Nectar has the ability to streamline and give back valuable time to our admin staff to work on other projeects. The ease of the implementation process and tools to ue to assist with the integration have been fabulous. Our employees have really embraced the product and are waiting for their points each month to start recognizing their peers!! I highly recommend Nectar for any organization that needs a boost in employee engagement or maybe just a platform to enhance engagement! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

I wish there was an admin feature to reset passwords for employees. That would be a very useful tool especially for our nightshift staff members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar is helping with the rewards and recognition by bypassing the need for one of our admin team members to meet with an employee to redeem their birthday rewards or turning in their points for gift cards. The internal communication software is assisting with communicating by allowing our flyers and news updates to be at our employees fingertips on the app at all times. Even when they are not in the buiding they still feel connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nectar?

I love the team that I work with and I thank them for the things they do pretty much every day. But honestly there are some days where I really want to stop and say, "no, really, thank you, you're awesome, seriously." Being able to put Nectar points behind it gives it that little bit of extra push that says that I really mean it. It feels good to have the option to really show my appreciation with something more than words or a "hands up" emoji, something that's actually functional, that they can use. I also appreciate that it syncs with Slack so it's easy enough to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

Not much on the negative side. Sometimes it signs me out a little more frequently than I'd like, but that's a minor gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

When my co-workers go above and beyond, I want to give them recognition that does the same, and Nectar makes that easy to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nectar?

I love how easy it is to use and working with employees on shoing their aprication for co-workers.

The customer support is great any time I have an issue they are so fast to help correct the issue. I love that I can set up pre set rewards ready to go with the option to upload pictures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

Getting the managers to use this for their employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nectar has helped us with employee reconation and rewards from the company, managers and employees. One of the big ones this helped us with was buying meals for employees as a reconition and making it so they can get what they want/need. We used to do rewards such as lunches/meals and some people didn't get it or some have food restrictions. With Nectar we are able to give points so the employees can use the points to get what they want. This helped eliminate the I didn't get it issue or I can't participate. What do you like best about Nectar?

I love how easy it is to use and integrate with Microsoft Teams. As a remote employee, recognition is something that took a hit. Nectar actually allows all employees to recognize each other with something that has some type of monetary value. You get a kudos as well as some points that can be redeemed for items or even gift cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

The only downside to Nectar is that such an amazing program isnt free. That is of course no fault of Nectar. Everything about it is easy so I really dont have anything negative to say. Even after 2 years of using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem that Nectar is solving with us is employee recognition in a fully remote environment. Allowing everyone in the company to recognize each other and not just leaders reognizing their employees. My agents have had nothing but positive things to say about Nectar. It has introduced a way for them to give each other shoutouts with something that has additional value (points). Not only are my people getting more recognition then when in the office, but they also have a chance for their voices to be heard. For them to be able to recognize each other for things that may be missed by managers and above. The only people who really know what goes on at the ground floor, are those who work it daily. My agents have become better peers because of their abilities to give each other points along with a message on why. My employees are a lot more engaged with each other as well because they are constantly looking for who to recognize with their monthly alotment of points. This is something that is harder to do in a remote environment where people dont see each other. Nectar really helps fill that void with their recognition programs. It truly is one of the best investments we have made as a company. Especially when it comes to employee wellness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nectar?

I love the reward choices, the gift cards are to great place and motivates people to actually use the platform. I find the platform to be user friendly and easy to use. I have no tech issues with the platform as well with sending shoutouts or redeeming points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

I wish there was a place to view all the shoutouts you are mentioned in (that may exist and I just haven't found it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think it is great to have a place to recognize employees for both team morale and just to say thank you. My team used to do this in a Slack channel but the points and gift cards elevate the experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nectar?

I love having a fun way to thank others for the work they do; recognition and positive affirmations are so important to a healthy and positive culture in the work place. Employees so often feel under valued and this is a great way to give kudos to anyone when you want to celebrate their work! I enjoy being able to change the number of points based on the achievment and send fun GIFs and emojis to personalize it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

Sometimes I get stuck on the values field as I don't feel the options available are the best fit for the recognition I am trying to send. I wish I could send it without the values or create my own custom value for the submission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have found that Nectar is a great way to recognize and show appreciation for contributions of my colleagues. It gives me an opportunity to show I value their contributions and it is always a boost to get a Nectar shout out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nectar?

I like the simplicity of the site, it's easy for me to maneuver around and it didn't take long for me to be able to send Nectar points to my colleagues. I also like the variety of options you have when redeeming points! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

Not many complaints, I wish I had more points to give at a time and I want more gif options! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nectar solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think this is a great way to be a team player, and to be involved with the other employees (especially as a new employee). I think it brings coworkers together more as friends rather than just coworkers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nectar?

Nectar is a great "Vehicle" in a workplace to show appreciations to the ones who go extra to help their colleagues. It is easy to use and very versatile in a workplace community to uphold their moral and celebrate their achievements.

Big or small, almost all the good deeds can be recognized, accumulated, and documented, which can be a great archive for the Company Managment (like HR) to evaluate this aspect of the employees' performance and inter-personal relationship. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nectar?

It would be better to allow additional field to add more additional comments, as text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
