What do you dislike about nCino Cloud Banking Platform?

The help screens take you to a totally different page. Help tabs located by each tab could either explain the field or offer solutions/recommendations based on where you’re located on the page at that time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is nCino Cloud Banking Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to track loans all throughout the process, which greatly saves on email and phone time. All the information needed can be uploaded here and it helps information not fall through the tracks or the loan to not get hung up and different stages of the process. What do you like best about nCino Cloud Banking Platform?

It is a great reporting tool built off of the Salesforce platform. The loan workflow can help with reducing paperwork and internal emails. Is also a great tool for tacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about nCino Cloud Banking Platform?

It is a newer company that has a lot more room for growth. The nCino part seems to be disconnected from the salesforce part. They are growing very fast with is good for them but there are a lot of new hires that don't know much. This can be troublesome for their clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is nCino Cloud Banking Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows real time reporting and data sync with our core system. It also allows users to know what is happening throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
