I liked its robustness, security and functionality & architecture. Back then it had multiple UIs, Channels and user friendly functionalities **What do you dislike about Finacle Online Banking?** A few operations were a bit technical and weren't user-friendly at all. Also, the corporate and self-onboarding modules were complex, and administration was hard. **What problems is Finacle Online Banking solving and how is that benefiting you?** Country banking models and Individual Banking business models are unique and different everywhere. Our Bank had different business model-related preferences and governing guidelines as well, which were solved by oracle, also the UI related branding changes, integrations with own CMS and Other modules (Payment systems) were completed by Oracle as well. ### 3.
