Online banking system is well for educators, However, based on other common criticisms of the platform include occasional technical glitches, slow response times, and a lack of certain advanced features compared to other digital banking solutions. Finacle Software built by Infosys is core banking software which I have used while I was working with a big private sector bank. It has simple user interface and makes it easy to understand flow of transactions captured by system for operational priorities . I have worked on other core systems but byfar the most amazing experience I have is with Finacle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although Finacle is easy to understand sometimes for few operations you are required to visit lot of screens and enter difficult commands which is difficult to remember ,sometimes you are even required to refer manual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dont have any dislikes in Finacle online banking however the speed can be increased. Seen sometime the clicks are not very fast. It takes atleast 1 min to navigate to other page. I was the technical & implementation lead of Oracle Direct Banking at NRB bank Limited. I liked its robustness, security and functionality & architecture. Back then it had multiple UIs, Channels and user friendly functionalities Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
