What do you like best about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

I found deployment of agents to all nodes rather quick and painless, patching was straight forward and preferred the reporting functionality the most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

I had issues to start with,these included setting alarms and linking remote access software accounts to agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Naverisk RMM & PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

I found the ability to monitor so many nodes beneficial and time saving as a start up business.

What do you like best about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

With managing our agreements, it was extremely easy to set up and get rolling with. Transitioning was a breeze and I found the support team extremely helpful in the process. Thank you. There were even 2 onboarding sessions with a talented engineer who knows the IT industry like the back of his hand. He was able to walk us step-by-step through all the ins and outs of the settings panel, patching, scheduling, projects and most of all what I liked, the ticketing. What do you dislike about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

Nothing really. It felt like slipping into the product itself was very easy and the support team certainly helped with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Perfect all round RMM & Ticketing system. If you are hesitant, then the best thing to do is speak to their great support or sales team. They Were able to answer all my questions and steer me in the right direction. On top of all that, there were 2 onboarding sessions which helped me gain knowledge of the product straight away. What do you like best about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

I found Naverisk RMM and PSA to be a highly effective platform to consolidate my client management and monitoring onto the one software platform. Its features allowed me to be more reactive rather than proactive to any issues that were identified with the clients. This in conjunction with the excellent support provided by my BDM and the support staff would allow me to recommend Naverisk to any potential business looking for an all encompassing solution for client management. What do you dislike about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

In all there really is nothing that I disliked about the software though if I had to mention anything it would be that monitoring website status, whether it is up or down, required slight customization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Naverisk RMM & PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

The majority of problems that I have solved using Naverisk is that now I have the one platform to be able to use to monitor all of my clients and their hardware, with which I can also investigate, solve and rollout the solution. What do you like best about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

Support teams are second to none. They work hard behind the scenes and are very honest about updates. The platform is easy to deploy, easy to use, and supports everything I need. It's got an aggressive update schedule. And their forum makes communication with Support Teams and other professionals really easy. As with all network device monitoring solutions, the actual device agent does exactly as it says on the tin. The reporting features of the agent are precise and allows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

My only issue i've come across with Naverisk is the lack of Quoting and CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is at your finger tips. Very easy to use scripting and automation

Solid service desk and PSA billing automation with products such as Xero

User interface isn’t could be updated but easy to use.

What do you like best about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

I love the ease and functionality of Naverisk's interface. Nothing onscreen looks jumbled or unnecessary. . All options and tabs are laid out beautifully and efficiently. I am a visual learner so using an interface that doesn't require clicking drop down option after drop down option WITH HIDDEN OPTIONS on HIDDEN PAGES makes Naverisk a godsend tool. :) Might I also add that I LOVE being able to create PROJECTS in Naverisk as it helps me to keep track of ALL client issues aside from tickets that have been created. I have multiple clients with weekly requests, and the best course of action to handle these requests have been through the Projects tab. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

I wish that Naverisk included an option where Sub Clients could be created under a PARENT client. I use Naverisk to mange computers at various credit unions. A few of these credit unions have different branches with different needs at these branches. I'd love to store these branches all under one client without having to create a NEW client for each branch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If Naverisk's site seems to be down, or you're unable to access your main interface, DELETE YOUR COOKIES and refresh your page. It'll save you a phone call to Naverisk's Help Desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Naverisk RMM & PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm using Naverisk to run disk health tests and disk cleanups without having to run 200+ individual tests. All patch updates are being handled via scheduling. Naverisk helps to cut my workload time in half. In addition, being able to transfer files over to a client's system without needing to log in via Splashtop is a MUCH appreciated feature. One benefit that has helped greatly is being about to schedule reports to be automatically created on Monday mornings for each client.Another benefit would be the ability to set up 'warnings' and 'failure alerts' when hard drives are failing, or when Splashtop has gone offline. We need to access our client's systems for maintenance and updates every day after business hours. Being warned that Splashtop is offline before 5PM(EST) has been a HUGE help. What do you like best about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

Naverisk (or Nav for short) is a pretty standard RMM tool of the like used by MSPs to manage client devices remotely - And that's what it does. It works (most of the time). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Naverisk RMM & PSA?

It can be pretty sluggish at times if you try to push too many script packs out at once. The server struggles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Separate your clients aggressively. When you get too many devices in one client on Nav, it can slow down a bit, and also makes things harder to find since there's an upper limit on how many devices can be displayed per page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you're diligent about your organization, it's very easy to split up all of your clients into reasonable, easy groups and keep things together, allowing you to more quickly find which batches of clients you need to schedule updates/scripts/etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
