Naverisk allows for a very easy and intuitive way to control devices and ensure nothing is missed. I like the fact that you can display all devices and see with a single click what if any issues there are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not much, there could be better reporting but to be honest they are adequate what would be really handy is a month end client report that looks professional and can be automated to send out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ease of accessibility and availability. Just a single button press and you can connect to peoples PCs. Im going to make up the % but it seems like a 99% success rate to getting onto PCs too which is super important when working remotely for 100% of our customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Dislike the actual user interface for the servicedesk tool. Also the search function is terrible in every way. Finding old tickets or archived information is a nightmare. The tickets look horrible too and everything seems to be in plain text rather than a UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With Naverisk we have monitoring servers and machines in real-time and we get notified if the server needs patches or has an issue i.e. network connectivity as soon as the problem arises. This makes catching problems much faster and easier to fix Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There isn't really anything I don't like about Naverisk. To be honest the only thing I think could be better is the integration with different software. For example, it could be easier for us to integrate our software into it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having a single tool to manage everything in. Naverisk makes my day-to-day administration much easier as I can load up my ticket load and access all the information necessary for my job duties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In all honesty, I cannot think of dislikes for this product. Closest thing would be the interface isn't exciting... but its not even a dislike! Simple is good sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
