What do you like best about Navattic?

I am a huge fan of the ability to edit the content of pages within Navattic. Our platform deals with a lot of sensitive, proprietary data that we wouldn't want to share so high up in the funnel. Using Navattic enables us to mask that data and create a really great user experience. It's also super easy to use and easy to get started. What do you dislike about Navattic?

I feel like the ability to customize different form fields could be slightly better. Navattic currently has a fairly basic menu of options and introducing different field types, like picklists, etc.. would be so helpful for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navattic is helping us capture high-intent leads who may not be yet willing to commit to a demo conversation. It also helps us weed out low-intent traffic from the SMB side of our business where people may not realize they are a poor fit for our Enterprise platform unless they experience it in a tour like this and see the depth of functionality. What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic makes it super easy for us to capture, build, and visualize our interactive product tours. We use Navattic almost every day and create new tours almost every week, so it's important for us to have a tool that scales with our growing needs.

Navattic is super easy to set up, requiring just adding a Chrome extension to your browser. Connecting our tours to HubSpot is quite simple with a one-click integration.

Most importantly, the experience feels authentic to our product, giving end-users the best possible impression of our product offering. The most significant advantage for us with Navattic is how quickly the platform allows us to create our narrative due to its unique layout, which shows all the screens in a single view.

I would encourage Navattic to refine their interface to identify and address potential interruptions in the user's workflow during demo creation. What do you like best about Navattic?

Our team began using Navattic about 4 months ago. We had a great onboarding experience that was helpful and informative. Our account manager has been readily available for guidance and support, and she's had great ideas on things we can add to our demos to make them more visually appealing. The platform itself is easy to use once you give it a few test drives. I've enjoyed sharing these mini-demos with my prospects, finding them a valuable tool for warming up leads and getting them excited about our most in-demand features. What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic has allowed myself and my team to create product demonstration walkthroughs quickly and easily. What used to be an involved process of capturing screens and editing can now be done in a very short time. The tutorials and online help made it easy to create a first demo, and it wasn't long before we had several demos in production and live for our sales teams and customers to view.

We have found this to be helpful as an internal training tool, as our sales teams and consultants can easily see how a new solution works by viewing a demo. Customers appreciate that they can quickly see how a new solution works without having to wait to schedule a meeting, and best of all, customer advocates can share the demo easily amongst other internal parties that are involved in the buying discussion. All of this help accelerate the buying process.

The analytics are very helpful from a usage tracking and reporting perspective.

One other thing - as your offering evolves and new functionality surfaces, it is easy to go back and update existing sections of the demo without having to start over from scratch. This helps us keep the demo current and accurate without a lot of upkeep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navattic?

It's very easy to pick up and is quite flexible. Took me less than a day to get the hang of it and we're able to push out many demos quickly and easily.

I also like that the team listens to its customers/users and have been updating the tool with great additions.

It's definitely powerful and very flexible. The page capturing feature is really cool but we often use this tool to demo things that aren't yet developed. That has helped our sales team tremendously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

1. It's not yet made for co-editing. Would be amazing if I could collaborate in real time with my sales and product marketing coworkers.

2. Bulk editing is a bit tricky to do but it seems like they're heading to the right direction with the updates I've seen.

3. We were hoping we could extract Figma prototypes with its html capturing tool, but it doesn't work like we expected, meaning it doesn't let you easily change its html elements. It's essentially taking a bad screenshot of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Navattic?

It is very easy to use. From capturing screens to putting flows together, the interface is quite easy to understand and demos can be created in very little time. Also, the price point is hard to beat. That's why it's the perfect platform if you are considering a venture down the interactive demo path. It also easily integrated with our hubspot. Navattic is best at creating demo experiences at scale. The platform is designed to show snapshots quickly and easily and then use those to guide to more high-intent conversion actions.

Information is hard to find on how to do certain things. I speak to people at Navattic to provide product feedback fairly regularly and every call so far I share hey I wish I could do this, only to find out it was possible but just not readily visible.

Navattic allows marketing to show, not tell, the world about our platform, giving prospects an idea of how they could implement it in their own business. This improves website conversion rates.

Navattic helps sales by sending prospects a link to the product demo, helping them to obtain leads and opportunities much quicker. When sales gets on a call with the customer, they can reference the demo. When it's time for a live demo, they can skip the highlights that were already shown to the prospect and jump right in to the features and benefits that directly tie in to what the customer is looking for. What do you like best about Navattic?

Whilst a beginner - learning the ins and outs of the platform is straightforward not just due to the great support, but the UI is polished and simple to follow.

Once you're comfortable with the platform creating interactive demos with Navattic is fast and easy.

The UI is very intuitive so there's not much of a learning curve.

The support I've received is always stellar - there's always someone on hand ready to respond quickly with answers. The documentation is thorough and frequently updated.

Another notable characteristic of Navattic as a business is the frequency of improvements they make to the platform.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The Analytics section has room for improvement. The visualizations in-platform are limited to a bare-bones line chart for the overall comparison metrics (engaged users, CTR, unique visitors etc.) and these cannot be exported.

Navattic has given our web visitors low/no barrier-to-entry exposure to our platform by showcasing features that will fufill their use cases.

What do you like best about Navattic?

The best thing about Navattic is the clear web captures and allowance to edit the text and elements in the tour.

The options of tooltips, modals, and beacons help you customize the product tour to a granular level.

The backdrop option is very underrated and deserves to be used more, as it highlights just what is needed.

What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic is a really good tool for creating product demos. The capture feature makes the demo experience interactive and the ability to choose from modal or tooltips gives you the ability to choose how your users will interact with the demo and the experience they get while clicking on various steps. The best part of the tool is the support our CSM was always amazing to reach out to and get queries solved and he went out of the way to provide various ways to accomplish how we intended our tour to be.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

The only found two major drawbacks in Navattic.

1. When you apply a CTA banner on the product demo it pushes the last section of the page out of bounds meaning you really can't see the end of the screen that you have captured. The CSM told me they were looking into the issue.

Navattic is a really powerful tool to create realistic interactive demos and generate leads! The html capturing and demo flow setup works like a charm, and they've also built tools to mitigate errors like editing the html or anchoring popup elements. As the software and company are still new, I've encountered technical errors that don't provide much visibility into what went wrong or how to get around it especially when I'm editing HTML. I'm sure they're actively fixing these errors though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Without Navattic, we didn't have a super effective way to demonstrate our product's value since we don't offer a free trial or immediate signup. It was difficult to show a realistic view of all the most important parts of our software, and thus hard to grow our customers without getting them on a live demo call, which is much higher effort. What do you like best about Navattic?

My goal for the product was creating demos to show potential clients our full product experience, without providing a sandbox environment.

The tool is overall pretty intuitive and easy to use. It took me a while initially to figure out what I was doing, but once I did, it feels clear and logicial. I love the feature that allows me to 'edit' the product screenshots before publishing them into a demo so that I can update text details and keep them relevant.

Big driver for me was price point! I really wanted to try this type of software after seeing ads and examples of it, but the first couple I looked into were out of reach for budget-wise. This is affordable for me to try out and they've been accomodating with discounts to try out different packages and features.

Their Customer Support person is great. She frequently checks in to see how things are going and provided helpful tips and suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Navattic?

I wasted my time initially by not doing a guided tour and just trying to figure out things on my own. Then once I had a live walkthrough, I learned about cool features I didn't know about and things that would have helped me use the tool more effectively. It's overall pretty intuitive. There were a few things that were not super clear at first, but support got back quickly with explanations!

I find creating the demos to be time-consuming. Looking foward for where the product can go, I'd love to see more automated elements -- like being able to record me going through an entire website, automatically capturing all the screens, and building demos that recreate my click-thru motions that I can edit as needed. It is extremely easy to use: it only required a bit of web development at the implementation stage. But it was more a self-imposed requirement since we wanted to have it totally embeded in our website.

During our development phase, these folks were extremely responsive: shared best practices, examples for inspiration and useful material to build our guided tours. After going live, little to none support was needed from our side. The tool just works!

What do you like best about Navattic?

Navattic has been a great tool to help our business create Product Tours and Guides about our platform. Using capture of the actual platform allow the tour to be more than just an overlay ontop of a static image, so users can get a more immersive sense of our tool. They are SO fast to put together, usually less than 15 minutes are so, and since they can be edited at any point within the tour, it makes it far more efficient than creating Promo Videos or Video Walkthroughs that have to be update every time our product is. What do you dislike about Navattic?

The biggest drawback that I have found in using Navattic (which could be specific to us, but I doubt it) is that the tours and what users do during the tour is not actually performed IN our platform. So if you are walking a user through building something for the first time, at the end of the tour they won't actually have anything to show for it or continue on from. UI could be improved (some things not as intuitive), mobile view still seems to be very clunky. Web capture edits don't always apply. Would be helpful if we could choose specifically where the tooltips go on a web capture. Helps us save on time and resources. Creating new tours and revising them takes significantly less time than producing a whole video and course is. What do you like best about Navattic?

The interactive demos created using Navattic have been a game-changer for us. They allow our prospects to experience our product's capabilities firsthand, at their own pace, and without the need for a live guide. As a fast-growing startup in 2021, one of the most significant benefits we've observed is an increase in our sales team's efficiency. With Navattic, we can simultaneously engage multiple prospects, providing them with personalized, interactive demos. This scalability has directly contributed to a boost in our sales pipeline and a shorter sales cycle.

Creating interactive demos with Navattic is fast and easy. The UI/UX is very intuitive so there's not much of a learning curve. Their magic editor is an awesome feature that lets you edit every element on your screen captures. We've created multiple interactive demos for our product and have even successfully closed several deals from prospects just going through our interactive demos. What do you like best about Navattic?

What I like best about Navattic as a tool is that it is extremely easy to use. It's quick to get started and the training and customer service is unmatched. Someone recently asked me how long it would take to stand up Navattic and the truth is you really can do it in as little as a day. It is that easy to use. Navattic is also very customizable. You can publish and share tours in a lot of different ways so whatever strategy you are working with whether it is sales led growth or product led growth or a mix, you can use Navattic throughout your funnel. I also find it really valuable that I can edit captures in Navattic and personalize the content for our ABM strategy.

What I like best about Navattic as a product is how it supports revenue-focused marketing campaigns. Navattic enables us to show our product and share customized experiences with our audience without the barrier of a formal demo. I also appreciate that Navattic is not just a sales and marketing tool; every team can use Navattic whether it's for training or mocking up product updates.

I've introduced Navattic at three different companies and every time people are so excited to use this tool. I also value the sense of community that comes from working with Navattic. I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike about Navattic. If anything I use the product enough that I end up with more feature requests than anything to really complain about. I think it would be great if Navattic introduced more gating and privacy features. I would also like to see features like dynamic adjustments to tours to support return viewers. I'd love to see AI generated tours based on webtraffic or click trails so audiences actively on our website could see a personalized tour before leaving. And it would even be great to enable a chat feature so anyone taking a tour could chat with our team without having to leave the tour. What do you like best about Navattic?

I really appreciate how user-friendly Navattic is. The Navattic account team is very involved and pays close attention to their customers. They're always listening and making their platform better. The big update they did in December 2023 changed the way the demo assets are oganized, making it much easier to navigate and manipulate, including some nice duplication features. They also added a great feature called 'Team Workspace.' It's very helpful for keeping everything in order and secure, especially in a big company.

Starting with Navattic was straightforward, too. The templates the Navattic team provided were a big help. They made it much easier for us to lay out our demos. Getting everything set up didn't take much effort, thanks to their guidance. This made the whole process of getting started with Navattic very smooth and hassle-free.
