Navattic is great and has helped our prospects experience our product earlier in their buying experience. This makes discovery/demo calls with our sales team much more focused and productive.
Also, I like that our team can make changes to the tour ourselves and we don't have to get dev teams involved or learn how to code.
So far we've used our product tour in sales conversations and some marketing materials, but we also plan to use it in multiple places on our website, social ads, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing so far because the product is pretty straightforward and their team has been very responsive to our questions... I guess if I had to name something I'd say that their roadmap sounds pretty great and I wish everything was all ready now :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I work for an industry vertical-specific CRM. This tool makes my job as a Product Marketer a breeze.
Being able to edit the HTML of the captures is GAMECHANGING.
This tool also has some of the best support reps (shoutout Alex). Their team is lightning fast, has walked me through so many things, and has fixed some bugs I found along the way. Most issues get resolved very quickly.
I use this program weekly if not every 2-3 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some quirky things about this tool, some of them I've chatted to their reps to take back to the dev team. Here are a few nitpicks of an overall great product:
1. Hover state menu captures often need screenshots to replicate that part of the process, as it will claim to capture that step but not actually show it in the process.
2. Using Navattic on iPad browser can cause the text boxes of the demo to resize and run off the screen.
3. Mobile experience of the demos is not the best.
4. You cannot export the captures as screenshots currently. You can create gifs and videos of your flow, however. I have not tried this tool yet.
5. There are some overall unintuitive UI choices such as needing to go to dashboard to make a copy of a demo, not being able to copy the published link of a demo from the dashboard. Copying a flow from another demo was so confusing I was worried I was going to break something.
6. Sometimes beacons for tool tips act up/be unmapped and will cause their child textboxes to display in a strange location.
7. The new capture toolbar to me isn't an improvement UX/UI wise over the old one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to edit captures. After every product update, I don’t have to start from scratch to create new tutorials. Instead, I can simply update my existing captures, and in just a few minutes, my tutorials are perfectly aligned with the latest product changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would appreciate having an AI-driven categorization feature to help organize and streamline tutorials, especially when there are too many steps in a single walkthrough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Ease of Use – It's incredibly user-friendly and easy to learn.
2. Customer Support – The Navattic team BUILT our first demo for us. This was the best onboarding experience I've ever had and was a game-changer for our lean marketing team.
3. Actionable Insights – Their reporting and analytics make it easy to track demo performance, with expert tips to boost conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The recent integration changes require our Engineering team to make updates on our end. Although the demo can still be viewed by users, I no longer have visibility into how Navattic demo users are engaging with our product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started with Navattic as a tool to help our Sales Engineering team provide product walkthroughs for specific use cases and marketing for high level marketing demos. After working with the amazing Navattic team, we are now using the tool to support our sales team, support team and even our internal product training! Navattic provides the ability to create interactive walkthroughs that feel like a user is actually in the software itself. This cuts down on user licensing for third party integrations as well! Added bonus! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one thing I would love to see I. The future is a solution for updating demos that use the same screens in one place. This though, has not been figured out by any other similar software applications from what I've seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navattic's browser extension makes it really easy to capture app interfaces for use in guided tours/walkthroughs. In fact, you can use it on any web page that you're able to visit in your browser which means that you can even extend your walk throughs for things like guidance on how to set up integrations in third-party apps etc. Building walkthroughs in Navattic is fairly easy and you'd be surprised how quickly you can crank out a walkthrough for a large and complex app. The system is fairly intuitive to use. The only thing that has been a minor frustration with Navattic is that the app itself offers quite a lot of flexibility and power, which in my case at least has often resulted in my having some sort of configuration toggled on or off that made my walkthroughs not function correctly (better said in the way that I wanted them to function). Fortunately, Navattic's support team is great and have always been able to help me get these issues resolved asap - but I do wish that the product did a better job of self-identifying these issues and provider the user with guidance so I wouldn't need to get customer support. Reliable, easy to use.
The demo platform makes my presentation look like a live product demo. I've never had a prospect ask me if I was providing a live experience or not.
I can brand my demo easily with prospect's graphics to make it look tailored to them.
Alisa Feng has helped me with a few issues I've run into. She is extremely knowledgable and pleasent to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
EDITED: I asked for a feature, but it looks like it was already added by Navattic! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In technical marketing demos are a big part of my role. There can be many challanges when it comes to demos.
1. Live Demos - I always like to give a live demo when possible, but sometimes you cant. Why not?
a. Demos that arent repeatable, ie updating a server. Deploying something etc., often these are one and done and would require a roll back procedure to consistently demo.
b. In the same vein, some things may take too long to demo so being able to skip ahead is usefull.
c. May need to capture something that you dont always have access to
d. Live demos can be risky, may need to mitigate riskier ones.
Navattic solves all lf this allowing me to capture a repeatable demo that still looks and feels real!
2. Customer demos
While I would love to give a demo to every customer, this is not possible. Navattic allows me to create tours so people can experience the product themselves. These tours can also act as training to allow someone else to deliver the demos as well.
The Navattic tool is very easy to use, I can turnaround demos very quickly and make changes on the fly. Its way better than a video or static screenshots cause it looks and feels real! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are always things that could be improved, for example I would like to be able to have certain steps advance based on time like a install or something getting applied. Also, being a bit of a linear exprience, it would be really cool to be more choose your own adventure style. I supposed this could be dont to some degree with multiple demos. Navattics are a wonderful way for our SE team to continue the education of our software product. This allows prospects to get a "real-life" feel of our product while also guiding them through the software with sales-oriented content ensuring they know the value of their purchase. This has also been used for internal team trainings and has greatly increased product knowledge for our SDR and Seller teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The process itself is a bit tedious. I would love to see some automation in features and settings. (such as choosing a highlighted beacon for all instead of having to move it from "pulse" for each call out) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use - It's very easy to create interactive tours on Navattic's guide builder by capturing screenshots without needing any additional support from our IT/Engineering teams.
The screenshot editing capabilities are really impressive and it allows us a lot of customizations.
Customer support - The team's assistance at all times needs to be mentioned. They do everything possible to help us whenever we are Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if we had a dedicated account manager who could understand our product and help us build some of the demos as well. That would helps us use Navattic even more effectively and often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Navattic makes it incredibly simple to create interactive product demos. The scraping tool accurately captures our UI, and adding guidance through tooltips and modals is straightforward. The analytics are fantastic - we can see exactly how prospects interact with our demos, helping us understand which features resonate most. It allows us to create a more buyer-centric experience for prospects by letting them explore on their own time before committing to a full demo or trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More complex UI elements like ours (a document editor) sometimes don't render perfectly, requiring occasional workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
