We've been using NativeVideo for a couple of years now at our company. Our Sales Users find it quick and easy to send off a fresh, innovative communications out to their customers with a quick Video Message for an introduction, follow-up, or helpful way to visually answer our customers questions or training needs.
Initial installation and subsequent releases are made simple by the NativeVideo team.
With each release, our Sales Users find the new features to be game changers when communicating with their customers. Some of those features are screen recording, camera & screen recording, include attachments, and now, send video multi email.
Luca and Nick not only have provided an excellent and game changing solution, they are always quick to help with any questions we have and provide requested training whenever needed for new features or just as refreshers.

We've been using NativeVideo for around 6 months and the customer service from Luca and the team has been first class throughout.
NativeVideo has been a great additional tool for us to differentiate ourselves from our competitors when it comes to Lead generation. The ability for us to allow prospects to put a face to a name and see us tell a quick customer story or deliver a bite-sized product demo has led to some great results.
I'd say the value of NativeVideo to us has only increased recently during the COVID-19 crisis. As a Travel & Expense Management app it has been vital that we keep our customers up to date with the latest guidance. The ability to track who has watched your video (and who hasn't) has helped us point our additional support services at the clients who may need additional information.

The NativeVideo team provided us with a powerful demo, facilitating the process of getting buy-in from key decision makers. One of the features of the TalentVideo tool that really appealed to us was how easy it is to modify key elements of each job description. We can easily make updates to what the candidates see, without needing help from the Salesforce development team.
We have had a very positive experience with the NativeVideo team during and after implementation, where we have found them very willing to work with us on customizations when needed. They use a consultative approach, making for an amazing partnership!
In the first month after implementation, we were able to eliminate 17% of our pre-qualified candidates from consideration without any additional interaction besides their recorded interview. This allowed us to focus our efforts on the candidates who showed the most promise based on their recorded interview. Even after just two months, we have seen shorter onboarding times and higher performance scores from the team members that we have selected based on their video interviews.
Implementing NativeVideo has also allowed us to offer personalized experience to our candidates by including a video from our team, creating better engagement from the start, which was one of our key initiatives.
