I love the ease of use and dashboard. This is accessed directly in the WordPress dashboard. The best part about MyWorks Sync is the customer service; the MyWorks team is responsive and efficient. There is nothing to dislike about this software. Anytime you have an issue or need a custom solution, the MyWorks Sync Team is ready to assist and will find a work-around if there is no immediate solution. While MyWorks Sync has significant capabilities, it is equally simple for those of us who do not need a litinany of deep & complex features.
We used a competitive product for years to sync our Shopify store to our Quickbooks account. Our needs are pretty basic (sync sales to QBO and sync inventory to Shopify) with a small number of skus and moderate volume of sales. However the set up an maintenance of the previous software/app was complicated and very buggy. It failed regularly and required an advanced level of skills and understanding to fix and manage.
We'd finally had "enough" and searched for a new solution.
MyWorks Sync was simple and intuitive to set up. While we could have done the onboarding by ourselves, MyWork offered a set up call/screen share that made it even quicker, completely painless to swap and ensured a seamless and trouble free transition.
It is easy to use and to understand, with clear language and interfaces.
On top of all of that it is a cost value as well, with mulitple levels of account options. And unlike so many providers, they don't bury the one or two key features in only the highest price levels. So they ensure you can get the fully needed features at even the lower volume levels.

My Works Sync has been a great time saver and makes it super easy to create products in Quickbooks, import them into Wordpress with WooCommerce, and then create and style the product pages. The workflow seems natural and easy to understand. Syncing the orders and payments is also a great feature and saves a lot of time once you get it all working. To sync the payments between Woocommerce, Quickbooks, and the Payment Processor requires that the deposit times and the syncing process are all timed appropriately. This timing can be a bit challenging to get to work, but once it's working, it's pretty seemless. There are also alternate ways to accomplish this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a ton of options to initially wade through, but that gives lots of flexibility. And once it is set up to your liking, it just works. When there have been occasional issues, tech support has been quick to respond. And usually it's just a setting that I couldn't find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a little pricey, but it's also a complex bit of software that requires heavy ongoing maintenance. The options I'm looking for are not always easy to find, but so far I've eventually found them. Overall, MyWorks saves me a ton of time every month, so ultimately it's worth the cost, and I have the benefit every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dont even remember I am using the software besides renewal time :) It does what is supposed to, easy use.
If rarely I need to contact customer suppoert, they are very prompt with answers adn knowldgable.
To undecided, I cannot imagine not having the software and entering everything manually. With a growing business, manual entry would be impossible. I've had updates that have changed some of my settings. I have a unique environment where MyWorks sync's all e-commerce orders as sales orders, but my wholesale accounts get sync'd as invoices so that they can be sent out for payment through QuickBooks. Some updates have changed those settings and because it is a set it and forget it program, it took a while to notice it wasn't working as I expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
