RMM is very practical, it has helped a lot to update an entire park of Windows machines at once... without the need to connect machine to machine... great tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The option for scheduled tasks is great, however, they could be edited, with this we could add machines to disk cleanup tasks... machines that did not have the RRM installed when creating the routines... and remote access is not very stable yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The centralised management console. The ability to connect to the backup device and check statistics. On the fly changes of backup policies and procedures, notifications of successful and unsuccessful backups Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A bit expensive to manage and backup up virtual machines. The solution is good, but with physical backups, we would also like to do virtual backups on the same dashboard. So if you have a combination of physical and virtual machines, then backing up virtual machines will cost you a bit more than the physical ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most helpful item is the ability to connect unlimited businesses and computers for one low monthly cost. Their Connect software provides a quick way into remote machines. The RMM dashboard is excellent for quickly locating the target computer, its resource usage, any system errors, etc. You may also install and uninstall software and windows updates from the dashboard. The worst thing is when the Connect software won't work without someone rebooting the machine. I haven't figured out how to reboot the computer from the dashboard yet. If that was possible then this would take care of many of the Connect issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that it offers a very simple way to keep track of our computers, historical backups and a quick view of the status of each computer in our network. For me it represents a solution to a business continuity problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What is missing is the ability to generate custom reports, for example I don't have the option to generate a report with the current backup size of each user and a comparison of what would be 100% of their data to backup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Single Pane of glass with backups. Hardware monitoring Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not use the product much. It would be nice to have dynamic groups of computers that can be monitored for issues such as services not running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I get access to quick uptime data, error states, event logs, memory and CPU usage, disk consumption, the state of updates, lists of installed software, and pretty much everything else you could expect in an RMM package, along with the ability to remotely execute PowerShell scripts and push update installations. I'm looking for a better view of the installed hardware, as well as a library of PowerShell scripts which can be used in a variety of situations, both of which the developers are already working on, and expect to release soon.
Granularity on alerting leaves something to be desired, but that's also on the near-horizon list, according to the developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A great overview of the current system health at your finger tips Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Automatic updates for Windows could be better integrated, RMM would have control over Windows updates settings, date, time, and type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
