I like the clean, no-nonsense design to the MSP360 platform. Finding and endpoint or a company is very easy to achieve and drilling further into any asset is quick and efficient for gathering further information on harware or software etc.
Committing to an remote session is just a button click away, allowing for either Web or App based connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The RMM tool could do with more scripting support or background file transfers as available on other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MSP360 has RMM, remote connection and scripting baked into the platform by default, and the fee structure is based on a per admin rather than per device, which makes it affordable to manage a lot of endpoints. The included remote connect utitlity works in browser which is nice, but there is a remote viewer you can install on your tech station as well. The scripting ability with Powershell is a handy feature and I like that 2FA is enforced by default when trying to connect to a machine. There is also a built in registry editor for making changes without having to remote connect to a worksation. They also have native integration with Deep Instinct (if you're interested in using it) and they have their cloud backup solution integrated into the RMM which is super handy to be able to view deivce informaiton and backup status all from one UI. The remote connect tool has some problems with unattended access when using the software. Never had an issue using the browser version, but it can be annoying having to access the RMM dashboard to connect to a client after hours. The RMM platform is very basic, don't expect exciting graphs and alert modules like you would have with some of the competitors. There is no integrated ticketing or PSA solution with MSP360 - this is straight up RMM with remote connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MSP360 is easy to use and covers all my business needs. Their integrated monitoring gives a snapshot of each PC, their backup is simple to deploy and monitor and their remote access is a breeze. I can push updates to each PC as needed. They stay on top of updating their own software. I have never had an issue connecting to my portal or accessing what I need. Their support is easy to access and they respond quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Setting up remote access for first time clients was a bit tricky the first few times I tried it, but after some advice from MSP360 support I've got the process down pat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the fact that it is almost set and forget about it. You setup the jobs and can just monitor the reporting so it only takes a minute or 2 each day to ensure all your backups are running as they should. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only gripe is that it can be a bit tedious to link to a new Azure subscription/storage account to set a restore going. Once you know what you are doing then it isn't much of an issue but the first 2 times it's a bit difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's easy to get installed especially since I also use their managed backup product. The cost is reasonably aligned with the features included, so it works well as a backup RMM, and since it also includes Connect it provides another method of remote access if you need it. It really does lack a lot of features. Right now it only has very basic controls to manage endpoint devices. There's not a robust way to manage groups of endpoints, nor is there a way to use policies to manage endpoint state. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The console is very functionable. Access to device event logs, automated patch management and statistics on each device! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like custom mobile notifications such as alerting when chosen devices come online or other critical go offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pricepoint for the features is amazing. The interface is clean and intuitive and they are always making improvements and adding new features. Of all of the options I tried I am very happy I went with MSP360. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to find anything I don't like, especially with the addition of the most recent features, including remote restart. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has the necessary functionalities for the management and automation of basic operational tasks for maintenance and support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Assign more functionalities such as HW and SW inventory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a complete RMM system that offers remote monitoring and management to support my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Maybe they can add more reporting section for computer assets, instead of focusing on the backup reporting part only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
