There are some great integrated features, and the idea of having a closer integration with Google Business was a great thought, with poor execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
MozPro is clunky and slow - the lag and wait times are pretty disappointing. Also, when the integration with Google My Business occurred - it wiped out a ton of content that we had manually loaded onto client profiles and created quite a bit of unnecessary and time-consuming work by our staff to correct. Keyword Analysis Tool - can't say that it's very useful as sometimes it shows that e.g. Wikipedia is your competitor, which is obviously not true.

The entire interface is easy to use and understand. Our baseline knowledge regarding SEO is pretty low and Moz is still easy to figure out. That said, I don't think it caters to us but instead, encourages us to learn more. We've only been using it for a few months but have already improved our page rank and rank among keywords. I don't love the initial layout. It's kind of tough to get into your campaigns for the first time. Set up is a bit cumbersome, but nothing too difficult. The pricing is on the upper end of a support tool. A version for small and medium size businesses should be offered at a discounted price.
