I LOVE the keyword optimizer. I use it every single day in developing keywords for individual articles as well as whole-site keywords that we are trying to focus on. I use the "Suggested KeyWord" and ability to sort them by average number of searches every time and always learn a new key word that I would not have thought to try to rank for. I wish that there was a way to compare keywords for an individual post without having to add them to a campaign. I am often looking for small keywords for articles that don't merit a full "campaign level" of research, but do require a bit of searching and comparing to find keywords. Moz is intuitive, easy to learn but has in depth metrics for experienced marketers. We've found it to be extremely helpful in launching new products and go to market strategies. It has also been very helpful in identifying competitor strategies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not as powerful as other SEO and SERP tools on the market. It doesn't crawl as frequently as others. Moz has also been known to alter their algorithm and completely ruin your historical data. Limited number of competitors is an inconvenience. A few additional features like a site mapping tool would be handy. I really like Moz Pro's rank tracker because it quickly gives me up-to-date information about where my articles are ranking in Google search results. The main drawback to Moz is how slowly it catalogs inbound links from other sites. Links to our site have been published for months and Moz has yet to recognize them. While it's a great tool for knowing your DA, I think it lags behind in cataloging links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to search for and analyze potential keywords, and then easily add them in and monitor the results and movement of how pages with that keyword are ranking. The analytics and results that Moz provides are very detailed and helpful. It's easy to spend an hour every week making sure we're as optimized as possible.

These seems like something silly to complain about, but I almost feel like Moz has too many great features. They're all useful features, but it took me a while to figure out all of its functionality when we first got started. Once I figured it out though, it's been a lifesaver. The user interface and user experience is brilliant. Really easy to use and navigate around. It's great to be able to keep track of our competitors and see trends in Domain Authority.
