Moz has a great user interface. It is easy to navigate menus and read results. I feel like the results that Moz provides are accurate and relevant. They are often adding new features and attempting to improve their product. The keyword research tool is my most often used tool in Moz. Moz even provides keyword suggestions similar to the topics you are researching, which is very helpful. It even provides you updates straight to your email on how your site is performing and which keywords you are ranking for. It tells you if you'ved moved up or down in ranking on keywords you are tracking as well. It provides suggestions on how to fix site issues and an extensive list of issues that arise after a site crawl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't see any major downsides of using Moz Pro. The subscription level I use only allows for 25 campaigns, which is a bit annoying as my company has more than that many clients and we have to rotate them out sometimes. I have questioned the accuracy and integrity of results with other SEO tools, but I feel that Moz provides results that are true and accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moz Pro is simple to use, giving using the data required to improve on content for best SEo ranking. The Chrome exentsion makes integration easy. The data driven strategies applied by Moz makes its a daily tool for optimizing content to rank high on search engines. Keywords tracking makes the competitor analysis an easy task while assisting in link building process. The support team from Moz is great. The tips shared from the team via email has helped us improve on our content creation with more pages being crawled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The price maybe prohibitive for starters, but worth every coin. The tool requires some time and effort to learn, but once you grasp, it's a bliss working with Moz. On ease of implementation, the reporting functionality is difficult to set up. Besides these, I am happy using Moz and would recommend it anyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

MozPro have alot of features that are highly helpful if you want to improve the ranking of your website. The best feature that I find most helpful is the Monthly Report. One just has to set it up according to the prefrences and bingo every month you recieve a customized report in your email. Not to forget MOZ customer support and user-friendly interface is the driving force behind its popularity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing to dislike as such but I think MOZ doesnot mention broken links clearly. Also I would like to see a plagiarism tool / AI detection tool while evaluating a website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

-It's easy to use.
-When I have time, I really enjoy watching/listening/reading the WhiteBoardFridays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- That you can't view crawl data after 1 week or create historical reports. You kind of lose track of the progress you're making on your website when you can only see information about the last week. It would be great to have historical data for as long as you're a member.
- That when you export critical crawler issues, it doesn't include the referring URL in the export.
- That you can't remove or exclude certain crawled links from being indexed on your site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Keyword research features, competitor analysis & rank tracking work all very well. Used daily it's really effective at managing several websites and campaigns. It's intuitive and easy to use. The ability to ignore flagged issues in the weekly crawls is really good too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the link database is lacking compared to other suppliers, and when you compare date ranges in the rank tracking suite sometimes the differences in the numbers (up/down) aren't quite clear enough as to what they mean.
Number of "seats" can be an issue if I'm using multiple devices logged into the same account.
Integrating Analytics was really tricky.
I dislike the range of default pdf reports that it can generate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moz Pro is a robust SEO tool that excels in providing a clear overview of your site’s performance. One of its standout features is the Search Visibility metric, which distills the often overwhelming array of SEO variables into a single, easy-to-understand number. This is particularly beneficial when I need to quickly assess how a site is performing or when I’m communicating with clients who may not be familiar with the nitty-gritty of SEO.
Beyond that, Moz Pro offers a suite of tools that cover almost every aspect of core SEO best practices. The Keyword Explorer is particularly useful, providing in-depth insights into keyword difficulty, potential, and search volume. I also appreciate the Link Explorer, which offers a detailed analysis of a site’s backlink profile, helping to identify opportunities for improvement. The on-page optimization suggestions are another highlight, making it easier to identify and address issues that could be affecting search rankings. Additionally, the concise, understandable, and accessible descriptions of each issue identified by the crawler are incredibly useful when communicating with clients.
The tool’s user interface is fairly intuitive, and it’s clear that Moz is investing in updating both the tool and the underlying metrics, which is encouraging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Moz Pro does a great job of simplifying SEO, there are some areas where it falls short. The Search Visibility metric, while useful, sometimes feels like a black box. I often find myself questioning the accuracy of this metric, especially when trying to explain the results to clients. This can be frustrating when clients are looking for clear, tangible results from their investment.
Additionally, while the tool offers a comprehensive range of features, some of them feel a bit outdated compared to newer tools on the market. The crawler can be slower and less thorough than I’d like, occasionally missing issues that other tools detect. The site audit tool, while generally good, doesn’t always provide the depth of analysis I need for more complex websites.
The custom report builder, despite having a lot of good ideas, is clumsy in execution. It’s easy to “break” a report while editing, and the date functionality, although powerful, is fairly counterintuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an easy to use tool that provides insights needed to get your site up and running with good technical SEO and good keyword strategy. It has been around for a long time and integrates well with a lot of different tools, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It lacks the ability to elevate the next right thing to do to improve your site in comparison with tools like SEMRush. SEO work is often done by teams that are overtaxed and need to be able to spend an hour in the tool knowing where to focus and how to move the needle even a little on improving site performance. I also think it needs more powerful intent based capabilities and content strategy resources to help content teams optimize content before they publish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I mainly use it for SERP analysis by keyword and it is the first resource I go to when I need to assess my client's online presence, whether it's to set the benchmark/baseline or check for changes week over week. It is also super helpful to use the keyword suggestions for a website and see where the gaps are. I use it almost daily since it is so user friendly and easy to find what you are looking for. I don't love that the SERP analysis just stops at the first page, I wish there was an option to view more so if we need to check the rankings beyond the first page we have that available with just using an incognito browswer window. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to see where we're tracking with our keywords, how we compare to competitors, and the keyword research functionality has been a lifesaver when deciding on which keywords to use in our content! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There really isn't anything I don't like. The only thing I could think of is having more of an onboarding process when becoming a new customer AND having someone (a real human) check in periodically to see if customers have any questions. There are so many features within Moz, it's hard for me to learn how to use them all :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's simplicity and it's course for SEO. I made keyword research really easy and the initial success manager call, that taught us how to use the product was very useful.
I also liked the interface very much although it does seem basic after using a competitors product for a while now.
The product was easy too impliment and all connectors with things like Google Search Console worked quickly and easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It lacks the same level of reporting detail and tools that it's competitors have. It's also a pretty expensive tool considering it does the same thing as it's competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Moz is easy to use as a novice to the SEO world. It steps you through the basics and provides helpful tools and capabilities as you get more familiar with the full suite. I appreciate the helpful hints on optimizing my sites and being able to run checks on keywords, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a way to provide continuity when migrating a site to a new domain. Having to start over is not ideal, but at least the previous information can be archived for reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
