Motus keeps the vehicle reimbursments all in one portal. This has helped us centralize and streamline the program to ensure we are administering the program to employees. Implementation was fairly easy. The motus team has been availble to answer questions promptly when needed. I use Motus for 2 program offering to our employees, FARV and phone reimbursment. I find it easy to enter mileage each month as the work addresses I visit can be "stored" in the system for quicker entries. I'm not an app user, so I haven't used the phone app. But I do find the monthly task of entering mileage a bit easier than the previous tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Geo Fencing make logging miles easy. It tracks where you've been and enters all your stops for you. I also like logging miles manually, it's also fast since it remebrs previously entered address or stops that you make frequently. Manual entry helps me know I'm not missing anything or having stops that were not business stops entered for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you do use Geo- Fencing it will log all your stops but if you forget to start the app it take a little bit to correct the starting point. I prefer manually logging my stops its pretty fast and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
