If we could customize­ more, it would enable us to twe­ak settings influencing areas such as the­ user interface, workflow, and functionality to harmonize­ seamlessly with the way our te­am truly works. Even little changes might gre­atly improve the user e­xperience. Things such as modifying the­ layout, adjusting the size of buttons, menus, and side­bars, setting default values for ne­w files and data entries, e­stablishing custom naming protocols, and shuffling around features and tools. It forwards to ConCur but doesn't automatically get submitted- have to go into that app and remember to submit- it also does not go directly there- can not submit till after 5 th of the month. Also used to be able to reach a nice educated person to answer questions but seems that is no longer the case. I would have recommended Motus for that attribute alone- but they are now migrating to be same as every other company rather than hold onto the premier spot they once occupied Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike using the automatic mileage feature, sems like a way for companies to track employees but you have the option to override and enter mileage manually.

I also disagree with the gas reimbursement, the "average" for my zip code is always significantly lower than any of the gas stations near me. But this may be set by my company and not Motus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
