What do you like best about Motivosity?

Motivosity is a great way to encourage coworkers to give each other gifts, thank eachother, and recognize the each other for the work they do. The platform has given me a way to tangibly thank and appreciate my coworkers much more than I otherwise would along with giving them a small amount of money as a gift. What do you dislike about Motivosity?

I can't think of many downsides of motivosity, if I had to pick one, I would say that I would like a larger amount of money to give to people each month, 5 dollars does not go very far when I have several employees I want to thank for their work, but I realise that increasing the amount of money each employee can give in a large company might be difficult financially. What do you like best about Motivosity?

I love that Motivosity allows me to recognize my co-workers at key times when they really pull through for me or my team. It's simple and quick and creates an environment of appreciation. One of the best employee morale services I've experienced.

I also love that we can fund it to give to employees for special things such as holidays. Sometimes the logistics of buying a bunch of gifts cards can be a nightmare and Motivosity makes it so easy and ensures the employees receive it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

I think the UI has come a long way, but I'd love to see more technological improvements and features so it continues to stay an up-to-date social site and new, creative ways of saying thanks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Motivosity?

I love that Motivosity allows you to quickly add a thank you and send funds to colleagues. The search field to add their name quickly is an added bonus when wanting to send a quick thank you but also being able to add a note of extra gratitude. Having pop ups each time about wanting to review/snooze something every time I log in can be annoying- but you are able to snooze for 30 days at a time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Motivosity?

User-friendly app that can be used on cell phones for employees who work out in our Manufacturing plant. It works well for our Spanish-speaking employees.

Our employees love the Thanks Matter debit card they can use anywhere at any time or they can use their Motivosity Bucks to buy gift cards.

The Quarterly Engagement Survey is very helpful to get a pulse on employee satisfaction.

Pricing is reasonable, not the lowest out there but not the highest.

There are many different options to recognize employees that are tied to our employee values.

Employees get a small budget per month to appreciate their peers which they enjoy giving.

There are many options to recognize including "Just Because", Spotlight awards, and Achievement Awards.

The reporting options are expansive and insightful.

I like that we can make company Announcements and it sends a push notification to each employee. We announce employee events, promotions, and new hires just to name a few!

Employees can share a highlight such as a new baby or marriage.

Implementation was simple and took less than a day.

Customer support has been great, but I rarely need it.

The app is used several times a day, 80% of our employees are using the app at least twice a month or more.

We integrate with Teams which was nice, it shows notifications directly in Notifications for Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motivosity?

It would be nice if they could integrate into HRIS systems, but I am confident it will get there eventually. We will renew again with them for next year. This will be our 3rd year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to show my appreciation to coworkers in a way that feels a bit more special than a simple "thank you!"
