Motivosity Pricing Overview

Thanksmatters card is a joy to use, also I really like to new design as it is much more intuitive then the previous one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One minor thing: It was not clear at first whether I have to select a value or not, as it turned out it is not mandatory. It would be nice to have a minor tooltip about this next to that section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was easy to use and the team loved getting $$$ for complimenting each other. It fostered Team Work and it helped us generate more Google reviews because we had a special reward within Motiviosity when a Team Member had their name mentioned in a review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team did not interact daily; they would get a notice that their $$ were about to expire for the month; this would create a frenzy of activity to "give away" the money in their account. This did not make the compliments sincere, it was about exchanging dollars. I did not like the 1:1 meeting functions, it was confusing. The cost of the program yearly did not yield enough positive culture, we rolled the cost into an in office Team incentive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
