I love being encouraged to recognize others for their work. This app is easy to use and a great way to give public recognition without taking up too much time, but also making it worth the recipient's energy by giving a tangible gift. Plus, it serves as a great message board for department-wide encouragement that easily boosts work morale.

I think we need more categories or "Fill in the blank" categories to shout out colleagues. Not every motivator is based on such few categories. Or maybe you just want to post a picture or announcement...that doesn't have to connect to a monetary gift. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Motivosity is easy to use, simple to understand, and effective at what it tries to do: facilitate meaningful recognition amongst collegues. Especially in a remote work environment, going beyond just a simple "thanks" in an email to a co-worker is especially challenging. Motivosity fills in that gap by making it easy for me to make my appreciation tangible, and therefore more meaningful for me and the recipient. Being able see the accolades that others in my team, department, and company are receiving demonstrates and reinforces that I'm in a positive and supportive work environment.

Sometimes I'd like to return the favor to someone who's recognized me, but it can be challenging to review the full details of previous recognitions I've received. A better sorting or filter option would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that we can know and see the great things our employees are doing outside of one site. It is so easy to use and navigate. As an HR professional, the constant eNPS survey is huge for us. Getting that constant feedback allows us to make minor course corrections and hear our employees.

I love how easy it is to send a quick thank you to anyone. The website is intuitive. I also don't get too many notifications or emails. Seems like just the right balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spot Bonuses are terrible! For us, this is where I as a manager can give out larger quantities of money. BUT, unless I send the appreciation publically, the person never knows why I sent it. For example, I sent $50 to a person and included a really nice long thank you for why I was sending $50. I marked it as private because I want to keep that personal. The email it sends out to notify the person of their spot bonus only includes text saying I gave them a spot bonus and how much. It does not inlucde any of my text. The ONLY way to see what I wrote is to go into motivosity, click on your profile, click on appreciations, click on received and then it appears there. This is a huge oversight. Please, please fix this. Include the text as to why I gave them a spot bonus in the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think, until it proves more an asset than a nusance, that it's just another tab for us to have to utilize. I think the nature of our business requires us to use far too many different systems as it is and, again unless it proves otherwise, this may just get lost in the noise. Motivosity is extreamly intuative to use, which makes it easy for all employees to participate and engage. We have so much positivity and gratitude on our wall, and its a great place to go to when you need a pick me up. We love the insights and being about to track the stats as well.
