What do you like best about Motionsoft?

What I like most about this program is that its so simple to navigate. I am a fan of how simple it is to sign someone up all online. Before, we would have to sign someone up on paper, but now its so simple to do all online, so its great for the environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motionsoft?

I don't quite like all the tabs that there are in motionsoft. I feel like if you aren't properly trained, it can be quite difficult to navigate. I have gotten lost quite a few times before proper training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Motionsoft?

The reports are great and customizable. Motionsoft is always envolving their software and they're flexible. Their compatible with other programs or software we use, such as FitMetric or VFP, which is key. The Boss system has helped lower are decline rate over the last 6 months from 12% to 5%. Motionsoft is very cost effective and member easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Motionsoft:

Cost effective for the gym. They're always evolving their software, listen to their customers, very interactive with the members and to top it off they have great customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Increase revenue and attrition with the boss system. The Personal Training module helps to schedule and track Personal Training members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are hoping myclub application will be a useful tool for members to schedule training and massages and at the same time eliminating steps in the trainer timekeeping process. Currently our services scheduling is not linked to motionsoft. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Motionsoft?

The software is easy to get used to with its descriptive interface. It is fairly user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Motionsoft?

Their seem to be a lot of minor issues such as bugs. Buttons not working properly, random error messages that are not easily remedied. I always have to consult the manual and that does not always solve the problem. A lot of the time we have to contact the I.T. help desk to resolve an issue. I like solving things in club when we can and often that is not the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Motionsoft:

Make sure its the right choice for your gym based on quantity of members and their needs. Take into account the compatability of certain devices with the software before installation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
