The reports are great and customizable. Motionsoft is always envolving their software and they're flexible. Their compatible with other programs or software we use, such as FitMetric or VFP, which is key. The Boss system has helped lower are decline rate over the last 6 months from 12% to 5%. Their seem to be a lot of minor issues such as bugs. Buttons not working properly, random error messages that are not easily remedied. I always have to consult the manual and that does not always solve the problem. A lot of the time we have to contact the I.T. help desk to resolve an issue.
