Flexspring made the entire process easy, from implementation to regular processing. As soon as we got started, we were assigned an implementation team (MJ & Varun) who were extremely attentive to every requirement we had, big or small. We were continuted to be supported by them after going live to make sure everything ran smoothly. And of course with time we were swithched over to the Customer Service team, that process could not have been smoother as we're even assigned a Customer Success Manager! Flexspring's support team, particularly our POC, Ana Olekas, has been our saving grace. The integration we have running is a bit complicated for our in-house team but whenever we have questions or concerns, Ana is so quick to step in, take a look, set up meetings to address issues in real time, explain things to us that we do not understand. The integration is easy to update on some level but the buttons are hard to find - the save button for one popup is all the way at the bottom which took me FOREVER to find. I also struggle to really identify the transaction errors as they are not clearly highlighed or pointed very strongly out. That's just my experience though.
