I really like Flexspring's responsiveness to tickets and their great monitoring system. The implementation went well, thanks to Priyanka Karunakaran, who ensured the project launched on time and accurately. I think it would be nice to have a 1 year/2 year/etc review to have someone internally there look at what errors the client is getting to see if they could help with a simple resolution. Although they are addressed via a ticket prompted by us the client, I think they might be able to pinpoint issues that could be cleaned up with an easy programming change. The implementation team of Anitha and Mehul has been great! They have shown great patience and responsiveness throughout our implementation process. As a nonprofit organization, we found that the integrations have been instrumental in automating a business process that was previously a recurring and significant challenge. This automation has allowed us to redirect resources to other important tasks. The monitor website is easy to navigate. Again Customer Service has been great. There really isn’t anything unhelpful about this product, and we haven’t encountered any downsides. We don’t have any dislikes to mention. That said, it would be great if a future version included a tool that lets customers build connections securely, but without requiring the same degree of integration support. I find the Flexspring App incredibly useful for our ADP-NS integration, as it saves invaluable time when entering payroll journal entries and makes the entire process seamless. The setup team was knowledgeable and professional throughout the implementation, which was awesome. I am also impressed by the quick response and accuracy of the ADP-NS integration. If you are looking for a company that is able to pull your ADP punch data and import it into Salesforce via API, look no further. Flexspring is the company that made this happen for us, and delivered prior to expected deployment date. From the start of the project to completion, Priyanka Karunakaran and Ricardo Galvez guided our team with scoping, deliverables, and risk analysis. Darryl Polite and Gaurav Sharma were patient with our POS company (Aloha), which had been giving us a hard time and was not willing to help. The project should have only been about three months, but it lasted almost a year; they stuck it out the whole time until it was complete and worked perfectly. Advait Ranade has consistently been helpful and prompt in addressing submitted tickets and resolving issues. However, there are occasions when a more detailed explanation of the root cause and reasons behind the issues would be appreciated. At times, communication can be lacking and response times may be delayed, but overall, the support process and assistance provided have been positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally, incorrect or outdated information is sent to our payroll system, which means we have to submit a ticket to get it fixed. This problem can happen more than once, leading us to submit several tickets for the same recurring issue. However, each time we submit a ticket, the issue is resolved and the correct information is transferred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working with Mehul and Anita during our Flexspring integration was an outstanding experience. They were amazing throughout the entire process—highly detail-oriented, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.
