We use Flexspring frequently in addition with our Payroll system, ADP. It has cut back on our manual Journal Entry process by 90%. It's easy to use, customer service is great, and the Integration process is one of the best. What I like best about flexspring is the customer service support and the ease of communication between our muliple systems. Gaurav Sharma has assisted me with all my questions that arised and provided adaquate and top notch support. I also like the auto generated emails of successful or failed files. We have a complex set up, so one of the downsides is that our unique identifier is person ID instead of employee name which takes additional rearch if an error arise to identify the associated emaployee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
