Flexspring's HR data integration solution has transformed our data management processes, particularly in NewHires, EmployeeUpdates, and DirectDeposit scopes. I have not come across any downsides of working with Flexspring, any time we ran into any sort of issue or question with our integration we have reached out to Syed and Shamsheer and they helped us immediately. We have worked closely with Sri throughout our integration and she has always been of great help. During integration, she was there to help guide us through each issue with the implementation and integratoin and work out any kinks along the way. Now that we are live, she is always quick to respond and address the issue within a timely manner. Typically if the issue/ticket is picked up by another person, we will not hear back for sometimes 5 business days, but if Sri sees an issue from our team she immediatly picks it up and helps us resolve it. She can sometimes resolve it within 24 hours depending on cooperation from our team as well as ADP and Paywork's teams. The only issues we typically have from Flexspring are from customer service response times for tickets that we submit. Some of the teams will not respond for 5 days or so which is not helpful for some of the issues that we need corrected within a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Flexspring frequently in addition with our Payroll system, ADP. It has cut back on our manual Journal Entry process by 90%. It's easy to use, customer service is great, and the Integration process is one of the best. Our integration with ADP occasionally hit errors (a lot of them due to blackouts in the ADP server and which were unrelated to the actual setup of the integration by FlexSpring). That said, when these came up, FlexSpring was responsive in troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about flexspring is the customer service support and the ease of communication between our muliple systems. Gaurav Sharma has assisted me with all my questions that arised and provided adaquate and top notch support. I also like the auto generated emails of successful or failed files. We have a complex set up, so one of the downsides is that our unique identifier is person ID instead of employee name which takes additional rearch if an error arise to identify the associated emaployee. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
