Sometimes there are frustrating pop-ups that impede the workflow; but tickets have been submitted to address this issue. Sometimes, it is difficult to find ICD codes, but I think that is more a function of ICD and not MMD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is the great product they have and excellent client services they have. The developing team is constantly updating the prodcut to suit the nees of an Allergy Practice. The biggest issue we struggle with is intermittent slowness when moving from one screen to another. Module always comes back with its our internet or equipment.

When making changes to the programing involve the users who on in the front line using it on a daily basis. Be flexible so that an office can have it set according to what they need and not to what others need.

ModuleMD allows us to utilize an integrated, all-in-one EHR for our special needs. The level of customer service we receive from ModuleMD is exceptional. They put a considerable amount of thought and testing to each update before they launch. It is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No major downside to using ModuleMD. When we changed from another allergy/immunology specific EHR, there were a couple of process changes we had to make but the transition was minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The EMR is intuitive, easy to use and train new employees. The information provided in the reports is detailed and helpful to run a practice. Support staff are exellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Updates that are done are not always communicated to us and I believe there may be features to increase efficiency that I am not aware of Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The MMD technical support staff are excellent. We frequently find ourselves in a bind which can be very problematic in a busy office but whether it is a skin testing tray question, a patient portal question, or <insert issue here> the staff can either resolve it for us quickly or run it up the chain and have their folks on the backend take care of it. The flipside of the above question, what do you like best, leads me back to having to contact support much more frequently than I ever thought we would need to. We're 23 months into moving to MMD from Centricity and if I don't contact support at least once a week that is marked off as a miracle week. Unfortunately, there are some weeks when I feel like we're the problem child office and I have to reach out for a variety of issues four, five or six times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
