I use Modjo for all my clients meetings to be able to record every topic covered.
It helps me a lot for my mail summaries and also to be focused during my call not taking notes on my TO DO as I know that everything is registered and notes are taking. It's a life changing tool as for my strategic thinking to take a step back and plan but also for my operational tasks as they are all listed.
I love the fact that we can get back to a specific point/ moment of the discussion and share the call with other internal collaborators to be able to cease the moment.

Modjo is very practical for sharing information with people who were not present at the meeting. It is very fast, and it saves a lot of time on exchanges, and promotes a written culture. Modjo also allows for asking for opinions/advice from one's professional circle, which greatly simplifies skill development. Finally, note-taking is simplified. Time is no longer spent writing down all the information during a meeting since everything is recorded directly in the CRM thanks to Modjo. The team is also very present if needed. Modjo is an important tool in supporting teams on a daily basis. It is very useful for the goal of skill development for new employees as well as for the implementation of new processes. We have been working with Modjo for almost 1 year!
We use it within a French sales team and we want to develop it further with our international teams.
We use Modjo to:
- Record our calls
- Listen to our calls or those of our colleagues
- We use it almost like a social network to comment, exchange, share
- We use AI summary tools for our clients
- We conduct case studies and training with the recordings
In short, the list is long, but it has become indispensable to our team and our performance.

It takes time to get started with configuring a powerful tool, creating libraries, scripts, but we are extremely supported by our account manager who presents us with new features and tips every month!

From a business perspective:
- It allows revisiting hyper-critical parts of a meeting, retrieving information that might have been forgotten, retransmitting the wording used by the prospect, and having the information during handovers.
From a personal perspective:

As Head of Partnerships, I often act as a support for my sales team on deals. I love how easy Modjo is to use, and the fact that I can easily analyze demos and our sales team's performance. I use Modjo daily to track conversations and insights that our customers are raising, specifically about our integrations, and try to find opportunities where we can involve our partners to maximize closing.
