What do you like best about Modash?
We’ve been using Modash for the second year in a row, and even though we’re always exploring and testing other platforms that might offer more services or even more accurate data, Modash is still the clear leader for us. What we really love is how fast they grow and improve – it feels like there’s a new feature or upgrade almost every week, and it’s because they genuinely listen to their customers. Shout-out to the lovely Modash team!
Before Modash, our influencer marketing work was split across too many tools — Excel for collaboration data, Notion for tracking statuses, a separate affiliate platform on Shopify, random tracking sites with unreliable data, AI tools for searches, email for manual orders and outreach, and more spreadsheets for calculations. Now, all of that lives in one platform. Honestly, such a relief to have everything in one place.
This year alone, they’ve added so many features we asked for. We’d share feedback with our success manager, and either they’d roll it out surprisingly fast or give us exact deadlines for when it would be live. The team works incredibly well together, and it shows.
For me, the new AI discovery tool is an !absolute! favourite. As a furniture brand, we often look for creators with very specific interior styles, and now we can actually find them easily. We’re already seeing how this tool keeps improving every day. Another big relief for us is being able to reach out to influencers directly through Modash. Even though we maintain a personal approach with influencers, the platform still gives us flexibility and efficiency. We’ve also been able to build a clear funnel within Modash, which has optimised our work by allowing us to follow structured steps for each collaboration.
Our team’s workflow has improved by at least 30% – and if someone’s away, anyone else can jump in and see all the details. Cost-wise, results-wise, and UX-wise, Modash is at the top of the market for us. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Modash?
At the moment, there’s not much I dislike. If we have recommendations, the Modash team always listens and implements updates quickly. The only area that could be improved is the reporting presentation – it’s not yet as visually polished or time-efficient as we’d like, especially when managing many collaborations per month. That said, I know this is something the team is already working on, so I’m confident it will be solved soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
